PET FRIENDLY!!! "RAZOR RIDGE RETREAT" / "A LITTLE SLICE OF AUSTRIA" is the first of its kind in the Razorback area. It's a cosy, luxury "Tiny House" located in an idyllic bush setting on a 5 acre property in the Razorback ranges, about an hour's drive from Sydney. The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

Noms Ryokan

Nom’s Ryokan (in Japanese means traditional inn), is a private semi-detached 2 storey villa nestled between an awe-inspiring escarpment and a stunning beach in Stanwell Park. Located 150m from the beach or Baird Park, 600m to the local cafes with access to the iconic Grand Pacific Walk right on your doorstep (about a 4km walk to the Sea Cliff Bridge). Enjoy a coastal escape, connect with nature, treat yourself to local tastes, adventure with plenty of activities in the region or simply relax.

Coalface is on a 7 acre bushland & rainforest property near the beach. You’ll love it because of the wonderful birdlife, peaceful ambience, sea breezes, comfortable accommodation and proximity to several beaches. Coalface is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and small families (so long as happy in a studio style accomm). Private entrance and terrace with bbq. A small fenced yard surrounds your terrace area and includes an additional outdoor bathroom.

The Carriage House at the historic homestead, Welby Park Manor has been lovingly restored and renovated. Oozing with character and charm, the Carriage House is self-contained, private, dog-friendly and fully fenced. On-site parking is available, wood is supplied for the slow-combustion fireplace and outdoor fire pit. you will be welcomed with drinks on arrival. The Sauna Haus, completed in October 2021, is situated on a 1 acre property, shared with our residential home. It is perfect for couples and small families wanting to retreat from the world whilst being a short 5 min. drive/15 min. walk to Bowral and surrounding attractions including vineyards, boutiques, cafe's and golf clubs. The Terrace

A large charming renovated two story terrace full of character and homely comforts. Large sun filled decks have been built to make the most of the beautiful ocean views creating a relaxed space for family and friends to enjoy. Walk 2 mins to the end of the street and you’ll be at the Scarborough hotel where you can have a drink, coffee, a casual lunch or dinner surrounded by incredible views of the ocean!
