Updated farmhouse built in 1860 located 8mi. from Jay Peak, in the heart of the village of Montgomery Center. There’s a bar/ restaurant & supermarket across the street but only the Trout River & forest out back. Easy access to skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and a quick walk to a great swimming hole. One of a few places locally with access to fast internet (Gigabit). The house, now solar powered, sleeps 6-8 and is spacious, well insulated, and well furnished. 8 people + 2 infants max.

The walk out basement floor has a bedroom and full bath. There is a bonus room that has two double sized futons, a double bed and a queen bed.

The Red House is a 3 bedroom. Located in beautiful Montgomery Heights, just a 5-10 minute drive from the Jay Peak Resort. This home is nestled in the private, peaceful, wooded area called Montgomery Heights. Enjoy a game of pool in the heated basement or warm up to the wood stove in the living room after a day of skiing. We are very excited to announce that we've added Starlink high speed internet for the 2023-2024 ski season.
