On arrival we look forward to welcoming you with a breakfast pack which includes locally made muesli / granola, organic milk, free range eggs, a loaf of bread and spreads. Guest are able to let themselves in as the apartment has coded entry. Access and contact details will be provided prior to arrival. A short easy stroll to either the beautiful Milford or Castor Bay beaches. Dining or shopping is also nearby at the Milford shopping precinct. Milford Shopping Centre has some of Auckland's top fashion shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. Self drive ++ Off-street car parking. Easy access to motorway on/off ramps. Quickest access to our place is via motorway exit 417: Tristram Ave. ++ 35 minute drive to/from Auckland Airport. ++ 15 minute drive to the Auckland CBD. ++ 7 minute drive to Takapuna entertainment and business centres. ++ 12 minute drive to the Albany business centres. Public transport options ++ Readily available taxi / Uber drivers in the area. ++ 50m walk to the nearest bus stop. ++ Bus #822 or #858 for Takapuna or the CBD. There are two streets of same name in the North Shore area. Please ensure that you confirm to your taxi driver or bus driver that you are requiring Castor Bay. This stunning designer home is has been built for luxury, featuring expansive deck areas with beautiful sea views. Short walk to Saint Heliers Beach and shops. Short drive to Kohi and Mission bay Beaches. 15 minutes from Auckland CBD Enjoy the sun drenched deck and lounge areas and explore the sights nearby. You will have the entire place to yourself however there is a self contained flat attached to the house with a separate entry that may be occupied. We have a strict no parties policy.

Our Air Con penthouse makes the most of Auckland, right on the water, city views, easy stroll to town & ferrys. but located in Wynyard Quarter so without all the noise of the viaduct area. You are right on the water, a short stroll to the shops and cafes, or just enjoying sitting on the deck enjoying the view of the water. 1 secure car park to use.
