Sunnyhall Bothy- A Little Gem

Sunnyhall Bothy is a newly refurbished one-bedroom gem located in the rolling countryside by the Sidlaw Hills. Originally built in 1874 and refurbished to a high standard, this charming cottage provides rural bliss for two people with a king-size master bedroom; large luxurious shower room; fully fitted kitchen; and the wood burning stove in the living room is just the place to relax after a long day out. This beautiful property is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility.

Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make your trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, its Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". We hope that a stay at the Temple will deliver this experience and stay true to this vision

Set within the grounds of Fernie Castle a beautiful authentic Treehouse with 6 living Trees growing and thriving. Equally beautiful in all seasons especially winter being so very cozy, it is fully heated with lots of hot water for the freestanding bath for two. With all the amenities of a 5 star bedroom, a large freestanding bath on the second floor with a small balcony with views to the stunning countryside it does indeed feel like a fairytale just remember to bring your favourite bubbles...

Woodside Retreat is in a fantastic relaxing village location in Piperdam. It is a lovely, newly furbished, fresh, bright property with a private garden nestled beside woodland and located in the countryside. It is the perfect place to relax and recharge or explore and enjoy the areas nearby. Situated in Scotland beside Piperdam Golf Course, Dundee, and within easy travelling distance of Edinburgh, St Andrews, Dunkeld, Perthshire. We are dog friendly and can accommodate one house trained dog.

The Tower, Thornton Castle

Tiny House in Cosy Village

Dating back to the 1700s, this tiny house had sat empty for over 50 years until George (Heather's son) invested his life savings to completely renovate it to a high standard, while retaining the original character of the building. Sitting below Bishop Hill in the picturesque village of Kinnesswood (2023 joint winner of Britain in Bloom's 'Village' category!), the tiny house is surrounded by breathtaking views, fantastic walks, and an abundance of local farm shops, cafes, and restaurants.

Rural cottage retreat with hot tub

Jordanstone's Orchard Cottage is a perfect getaway for two couples or a small family. Comfortable, cozy and nestled in quiet part of a beautiful estate, the Orchard Cottage is well laid out across a single-storey. It is adjacent to an apple orchard which forms part of the walled Victorian estate, in which there is plenty of space to walk and be with nature. With a top of the line hot tub and a secure garden for your little furry friend, this cottage won't disappoint!

The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.
