Located in Manoy Creek on Lake Martin, it is less than 250 steps to the water through a wooded trail and offers lake access in the summer and creek access in the winter with a shared dock area. Cozy two-story townhome located 1 mile from Toomer's Corner and near a Tiger Transit stop. It is located at the end of the cul-de-sac on a quiet street. We have a large fenced-in backyard and outdoor entertaining space, as well as a cozy gas fireplace for chilly nights. After you're done exploring what Auburn has to offer, come unwind at our place. Pets are welcome! We provide refuse bags to pick up after your pets, and water/food bowls. There is a $50 dollar pet fee.
