La maison dispose d'une salle à manger, cuisine et WC au RDC et à l'étage un balcon avec une vue panoramique, salle d'eau, toilettes, une chambre parental et deux petites chambres pour trois enfants.

La Homestay Bellevue est parfaitement exposée et jouit d’une splendide vue, du lever au coucher du soleil, sur la vallée de la Dronne. Le logement en plein air labellisé 3 *** , est situé au rez de jardin d'une maison contemporaine avec une entrée indépendante et accès au jardin. Le logement comporte une grande chambre avec salle de bain, une cuisine et une terrasse couverte et non couverte donnant sur le jardin. Un véritable nid tranquille, douillet et confortable. Logement sans salon , ni TV.

Walk into the local village to make use of the local shop for your fresh morning bread and croissants etc, or enjoy rivers, chateau and vineyards further afield.

Traversé par la rivière "La Dronne" le lieu est très agréable et arboré. Le logement est calme et fonctionnel. Il se compose d'une pièce de vie, d'une chambre et d'une salle de bain. A l'extérieur, une terrasse et la pelouse non clôturée, vous attendent pour vous relaxer sur des transats. Un salon de jardin et un barbecue électrique sont à votre disposition.

It has its own entrance, kitchen, dining and living room space with original stone Charantais fireplace and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The large windows take advantage of the stunning countryside views and spectacular sunrises. If you are a fan of wildlife you will not be disappointed with regular visitors of deer, red squirrels, migrating cranes and a favourite of ours, the hoopoe.

All modern amenities supplied to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Enjoy the cosy fire and lookout of your own juliet balcony onto the surrounding gardens and woodlands. We are both close to amenities but with the feel of being away from it all.
