View freighters, sailboats and the vast beautiful lake. We have Kayaks available for your use. The Ausable river is about 10 miles away. It offers excellent opportunities for canoeing and tubing

Surfside Cottage on Lake Huron

This place is our home: She is well worn with memories of guests past, and open to help create new ones with you. Surfside Cottage is located in Anchorage Cottages & Retreat Center on the sandy shores of the Great Lake Huron. It is 1 of 6 cottages on the property. This rustic cabin is fully furnished and has shared beachfront and private deck right on the water. Picnic tables, firepits, a charcoal grill and beach furniture help round out your quintessential Up North experience here in Oscoda.

Patti's Getaway

If you are looking for a comfortable yet exciting vacation spot, Patti's Getaway is your place. In 2018, Patti's Getaway has been remodeled. Our home is about 6 blocks from Lake Huron and just minutes to downtown shopping, restaurants, beaches, parks, boat launches and more. Patti's Getaway is only: about 8 miles from Tawas Point State Park (good place to bird watch) , about 12 miles from Corsair Trails, about 15 miles form Iargo Springs and Lumbermen's Memorial, just to name a few places.

Shady Shores Cabin 3

Cabin 3 is a clean, quiet cabin situated on the inside of the resort grounds next to its sister cabin 2. A group could easily push the picnic tables together and have this shady area all to themselves. Shady Shores is conveniently located along Michigan's gorgeous east shoreline along US-23, locally known as the sunrise side. The resort features stunning, unimpeded views of Lake Huron and the eastern horizon. We are located 2 miles south of downtown Oscoda and 12 miles north of downtown Taw

River Front Retreat

Charming Northwoods getaway on the AuSable River! With 66 ft. of beautiful AuSable frontage, this refurbished 1940's era cabin features a stunning natural stone fireplace along with an updated kitchen and bath. Sit on the screened porch with its built-in grill, or relax and enjoy a campfire as the stars twinkle above. Wood for your first fire is provided with additional wood available. Walking distance of canoe rental, restaurants & the beach, you will surely create great memories here!

This 1000sq ft home is on the Pere Marquette rail-trail, surrounded by peaceful country. Only 3 miles from hospital & Northwood University. A marked conservation trail is across the street. Tittabawassee River is a short jot down the road. Feel free to use the kayaks I provide. Enjoy coffee on the deck while watching the turkeys & deer. Enjoy yard games and the bonfire pit. Grill out using the gas grill provided. The Tridge and Dow Gardens are 5 miles away. Feel free to soak it all in :)

This is a neighborhood and the homes are close together. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep the noise down and respect their property.

Spend your days swimming, kayaking, biking the lakeshore, or exploring Tawas Point Lighthouse and State Park. Evenings are perfect for grilling, relaxing under the patio lights, and gathering around the fire pit under the stars. Comfortable, inviting, and ideally located for a relaxing Northern Michigan getaway.

Our cabin has been in our family over 40 years, this is our first time hosting our beloved home. We hope you find it charming, comforting and a place to build beautiful memories. A down to earth 4 bedroom, 2 bath home with central heat and air nestled in the woods that features a theater room, full kitchen, 2 eating areas, large gathering room, a huge covered front porch. Hideout Saloon with pool table, foosball, darts, and custom bar. Parking for trailers. 4 ft fire ring perfect for cooking, making s'mores, or just relaxing. Onsite washer/dryer. Tankless water heater. 1 mile from the beach and town. No bathtub, sleeps 11 in beds

Lighthouse Inn Cottage

Discover the charm of Lighthouse Inn, nestled in Au Sable Charter Township. This delightful two-bedroom cabin offers a serene lakeside escape with a queen bed in both the cozy loft and downstairs bedroom, plus a full-sized futon in the living room. The kitchen and open living area are perfect for relaxing, all while soaking in the stunning lake views. One set of towels will be provided with your stay. We do not have laundry on site, please plan accordingly.
