This newly renovated home, nestled perfectly on a privately owned property, within acres of northern land, is just minutes away from the public beaches and local attractions of the Tawas Bay Area, such as: marinas, fishing, parks, shopping/dining, across the road from miles of paved walking or biking along the Great Lake Shoreline. This spacious home offfers plenty of room for large groups, w/a large game room that includes pool/hockey tables and a dartboard.

Room for the whole family with three large bedrooms w/queen size beds and additional trundle beds.. Comfortable living room has a gas fireplace and attached game room with a card table and air hockey table. Outside has a private backyard patio, firepit, pond and plenty of wildlife… and less then five minutes from Lake Huron’s beaches and boat launches. A fixer-upper. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two-car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September.
