A great river for kayaking (4 included), Canoeing (1 included) and a renowned trout fishing. Come and enjoy all the local trails for HIKING, DIRT BIKES, ATV'S and SNOWMOBILING! Or just sit and relax around a campfire! The cabin is fully furnished with all bedding, towels, dish cloths etc. and a fully equipped kitchen and gas grill. There are outdoor and indoor games. Unique Woods Retreat ~ Quiet place in Nature

Our cabin in the woods is a quiet refuge, built with many unique features: a log cabin room with vaulted ceiling, log walls in kitchenette/upstairs small dinette seating area and log wall in sunroom. Carriage style Barn doors, from grandparents old chicken coop on our property. The gorgeous metal stair railing hand designed & laser cut with pine trees. Downstairs walkout basement has concrete log beams & posts, as well as some concrete tree branches. Trails are for quiet travel only, no motors.

Cozy cabin on 20 acres(occasional neighbor across road) where you can enjoy snowmobiling in Grayling/Gaylord area or ATV riding in the Frederic area. Just minutes from Hartwick Pines State Park or Forbush Corner for hiking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. 20 minute drive from treetops resort in Gaylord. Camp Grayling (near I-75) holds occasional trainings see their FB for schedules.

Our subdivision is ideally situated among thousands of acres of public land near the beautiful Au Sable River. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and full of nature. Come and enjoy all this beautiful area has to offer, including hunting, fishing, hiking, skiing, trail riding, kayaking, tubing, canoeing, etc. A boat launch for the Au Sable River, an ORV trailhead and DJs Scenic Bar are within a mile of the cabin (in McKinley). Hiking and skiing trails are 10-15 minutes from the cabin.

Miles of sandy beaches, bike trails, Ocqueoc Falls and Rogers City all within 15 min.

The Bear Cub Aframe

We have a beautiful built 1000 sq ft Aframe! Recently installed a 100 inch theater system in the livingroom! Cabin is in Lakes of the North, which offers a perfect getaway for the outdoorsman. Side by Side trails! We offer 2 kayaks to use, cornhole boards & bags, trail riding your UTV/ORV, hiking, rafting at Jordan Valley Outfitter, snowmobiling. & many fine dining restaurants, several ski resorts and short day trips! Additionally, a 90 jet hottub for ultimate relaxation!

Au Sable River Getaway

One mile from the Mason Wilderness Tract, view eagles, deer and other wildlife out the front door, relax beside the peaceful South Branch of the Au Sable, a trout stream (catch and release, please), hunt in fall, enjoy cross-country skiing at several nearby trails including the 12-mile-long Mason Tract Trail, ski rentals, lessons and trails nearby. Great location for golfing, hunting, swimming, boating, fishing, ORV Trails, and a getaway from it all...Bring your ATVs, fishing poles, floaties, boats, kayaks, jetski, and the family. Oh and don't forget your pets they can come too! Great for the Summer & Fall seasons!!
