Spacious walk in glass block shower in the finished basement that also includes a separate home office area. Water softener, on demand water heater, hardwood floors, private fenced backyard with patio, Optional detached tandem garage with opener. Two main floor bedrooms, bath, kitchen and living room. Basement has 3rd bedroom and second bath along with the office.

The Studio is located on the second floor of a historic storefront building. This light-filled apartment overlooks downtown, allowing a picturesque view. Conveniently situated in the business district, restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance. It is furnished with a double bed and futon on the lower level and a twin bed in the loft. The loft is accessible via a pull-down ladder. A mini-fridge, Keurig, and microwave available. No wifi or TV, a playground nearby, three blocks from a small grocery store that serves meals, but the days and times vary with the seasons.
