Ένα μικρό καταπράσινο κοχύλι έδωσε το όνομά του και λειτούργησε ως έμπνευση για τη διακόσμηση του χώρου, κάνοντάς τον μοναδικό. Με εξαιρετική ποιότητα κατασκευής και με πλήρη εξοπλισμό, ο επισκέπτης θα βρει ό,τι χρειάζεται για την άνετη και ευχάριστη διαμονή του. Σε κοντινή απόσταση βρίσκονται καταστήματα τροφίμων, η παραλία της Νέας Μαδύτου, η αγορά και το λιμανάκι με τις ταβέρνες.

Πρόκειται για σπίτι περίπου 79 τ.μ., το οποίο απέχει λίγα μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Σε μικρή απόσταση υπάρχει μίνι μάρκετ, beach bars, και ταβέρνες. Διατίθονται ηλεκτρικές συσκεύες (πιστολάκι, σίδερο, τοστιέρα, καφετιερα,βραστήρας , air condition,πλυντήριο) Η πρωτέυουσα του νησιού, Μύρινα, απέχει περίπου δεκαπέντε λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην περιοχή του Κοντιά, 500 μέτρα εκτός του οικισμού σε ευκολα προσβασιμο αγροτικο δρομο . Αυτό το κάνει ιδανικό μέρος χαλαρωσης, μακρυα απο αλλες κατοικιες και θορυβους. Προκειται για πετρινο κτισμα 170 ετων, προσφατα ανακαινισμενο, το οποιο βρισκεται σε εκταση 6 στρεμμάτων και εχει θεα τη θαλασσα του Διαποριου. Έχουμε μεγαλο χωρο για παρκινγκ. Θα χρειαστειτε αυτοκινητο για τη μετακινηση σας.Το σπίτι μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 8 άτομα

Keros beach, which is considered the safest beach for kitesurfing in Europe, is just 15 minutes away by car.
