Cercano a playa de la Malagueta (15 min a pie) y bien comunicado por bus. Ascensor. Aire frio/calor , tarima, cocina con microondas, frigorífico, lavavajillas, lavadora, tostadora y cafetera. Zona comedor y Salón con Tv plana y sofá-cama. Wifi gratis. Dormitorio con cama 1,50 y vestidor. Baño privado, ducha y secador.

It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

Cuenta con una casa de 120 m2 distribuidos en dos plantas, jardines, piscina privada con solárium y hamacas, parque infantil, barbacoa, amplio parking y una zona con tarima flotante rodeada de césped y palmeras donde poder relajarse mirando frente por frente la impresionante Cornisa del Tajo.
