Close to LBI (20 mins), Atlantic & Ocean Cities are less than 35 minutes away! LBI ferry is 5 minutes away & takes you directly to LBI. Graveling Point Beach is less than 2 miles away with GORGEOUS views.

This studio is equipped with all basic necessities. The kitchen has a built-in glass cooktop with 2 burners, a mini refrigerator, and a coffee pot. There is a comfortable Queen size bed with a memory foam mattress along with a pullout sofa bed and a Roku 65” flat screen TV. There is a couples dining table that also doubles as a workspace

Mullica River Cottage's Bluebird Cottage is located in the heart of the NJ Pine Barrens in the quaint village of Sweetwater. This quaint and cozy cottage is steps from the Mullica River and 1 mile from Historic Batsto Village and the Sweetwater Riverdeck & Marina. This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. Property also has a riverside fire pit with Adirondack chairs.
