Located one minute’s drive to Sinks Canyon, The Trailhead includes two king bedrooms, one bathroom, washer/dryer, and a bright, airy kitchen and living room. Enjoy the views of the foothills, and relax in the peace and quiet. Ride/run/hike the trails across the street at ASI. You will be five minutes to town and minutes to adventures. This recently custom-renovated, unique, and quiet property features: WiFi; premium queen beds; a full kitchen; walk-in shower; washer/dryer and laundry amenities; fireplace; workspace; RV/Electric Vehicle hook-up; plenty of seating/eating space; and, is kid/pet friendly. It’s a perfect getaway to visit, stop over, or watch the world go by.

Located in one of Lander's original buildings, built in 1886, this space features original trim, hardwood floors, high ceilings, & huge windows balanced by modern kitchen & bath. Enjoy the light-filled space or close room-darkening curtains to sleep in. You will be within an easy walk of restaurants, cafes, art galleries, shops and gyms, as well as NOLS and Wyoming Catholic College. 20 minute drive to Sinks Canyon State Park; beautiful 3-hour drive to Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone.

Newly Remodeled Riverfront Home

A tranquil retreat minutes from the Wind River hotel & Casino and downtown Riverton. Enjoy the peaceful Little Wind River while relaxing on the spacious deck from which abundant wildlife viewing is available. Photographs of moose, deer, antelope, fox, otters, beavers, muskrats, mink, and raccoons have been taken from the comfort of the deck. A spotting scope with universal phone adapter is available for your use. Firewood is also available for the fire pit just feet from the beautiful river.

Wind River View Cabin

This quaint cabin has wonderful views of the Wind River Mountains and is only 1 mile from downtown Lander. Have coffee on the deck and plan your Lander adventures. The kitchenette has a refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, toaster and induction hot plate. The loft is great for children, and the outdoor shower is wonderful on warm summer days. Parking spot provided as well as RV parking for extra space or a break from your camper while traveling. Full hookups are available for an extra fee.

Downtown Studio Apartment

The studio apartment is located in a cement block building that at one time was an Auto Mechanics Shop. It is one block off of Main Street. In close proximity to Catholic College, NOLS, and all downtown restaurants and bars. There is one room with one plush queen sized bed, couch (with hideaway bed), television with internet access, Wi-Fi for guest use. The kitchen is separated by a breakfast bar and bar stools. There is a walk-in closet and a bathroom with shower off of the large room.

Cozy one bedroom guest apt located on our spacious 10 acre ranch with spectacular views and privacy, yet only 5 min. from town. The open concept apt features a full kitchen, spacious living and dining area. Both bed and sofa bed have memory foam mattresses. Shower/bathtub combo practical for kids. Washer and dryer free of charge. Cozy woodstove. Smart TV and WiFi. Additional air queen mattress also available. Kid-friendly with pack-n-play and toys. NO PETS. Very bright, nice guest house!

North Fork Cottage

This is the spot for relaxing after a day of activities near Lander, WY. Enjoy views of the Wind River Range from the porch, catch a beautiful sunset, or stroll around the 3-acre property. There is private and public river access available from the property. Feel free to use the barbecue grill or fire-pit near the river. There is one other listing on the property and the hosts are nearby if you should need assistance. We hope you enjoy your time at the cottage!

Cabin at Grass River Retreat

This 500 square foot cozy cabin rests at the edge of the Popo Agie River, sit on the front porch, light the campfire, roast a marshmallow, and relax. It has a queen bed and a full size sofa sleeper. Best suited for two adults and one child. This is not a kid friendly property during high water season (May-June.) There are NO fences blocking the river. Leashed dogs allowed. NO cats please. Cozy Studio Cabin With a Great View

Relax in a unique and comfortable cabin located in the heart of central Wyoming. This place is next to a horse barn with the opportunity to take Riding Lessons, or a Personalized Horse Experience during your stay. It is located just outside the town of Riverton, WY. It is a five minute drive to Central Wyoming College and 7 minutes from downtown Riverton. Central Wyoming Regional Airport is 10 minutes away. The town of Lander, Wyoming is a mere 30 minutes away.
