This is recent modern Barn conversion. (Jan 2015) It contains one large kitchen/dining/lounge area, one double bedroom with en suite facilities. June 2017 added second Living Space area with view of adjacent farm and wood, Lobby area with Laundry facilities and a second bathroom. Please note the Grounds and external outdoor perimeter of The Barn is protected by CCTV TK Alarm Company. Please know this is a simple place. It once was out buildings, however you will find it warm and homely.

It is a perfect place to stay when exploring tourist attractions in the Midlands or going to a wedding in one of Cavans hotels or just for a quiet break The self contained apartment is fully stocked with all kitchen essentials needed for a self-catering break. It is one street away from Galway's main shopping and nightlife street. This apartment was renovated in 2019 but as the original building is over 100 years old there were limitations in the level of sound proofing that could be carried out. As a result sound can travel from within the building and from main city centre street.

Children are welcome to use the trampoline and anything else in the garden.
