Nearly 2,000 sq feet of grand home is yours to enjoy. New kitchen. Dining room and living room (with smart TV) have high ceilings, glittering chandeliers, lots of light. Hallway features half bath, utility closet, & work nook. 3 bedrooms, full bath, and laundry upstairs. Sleeps 5-6, depending on your group (check bedrooms to see). Access to large fenced yard and deck included. We stock coffee and tea for guests booking in advance, and you’ll find various seasonings and staples in the cupboards.

Kitchen lacks nothing tucked conveniently in the great room.

Here you can relax with the whole family or it’s a perfect getaway for 2. From Spring to late fall we’ll have mini goats and free range rabbits & chickens. The creek is perfect for tubing on a hot summer day.Have a picnic in the trees next to the water.Just a mile away is an ice cream/petting zoo and greenhouse with amish gifts. The house features a round kitchen and bedroom with a vaulted ceiling. Enjoy a giant view of the sky, fire pit by the pond, the sound of frogs, meditate, relax, or … work!

Tucked Inn is a totally remodeled house in a quiet country setting. The pond offers swimming, a dock, pedal boat and fishing. The sunroom has a sauna for 2. The owners are next door and have a 500 acre family farm with beef cattle and a maple syrup operation. Sit on the front porch or grill on the back porch and enjoy the propane fire ring. Kids can run and play. Hunting available a mile away on a State Game Lands 219. Enjoy hiking in the large woods just out your back door.

The Theodore Friendly House was built in 1880 in the Queen Anne style with Eastlake details throughout. Located in the Near Westside National Historic District, which is a prime location near Downtown Elmira's shops, restaurants, theaters, museums, arena, churches, and bars. Handy drive to Mark Twain Gravesite, Newtown Battlefield, National Soaring Museum, Corning Museum of Glass, Finger Lakes wineries, and Watkins Glen International. All are welcome!

I love my property for the year-round views! In yard access to river which is directly across from Hiawatha Island, a natural preserve owned by Waterman conservation. Island is open to the public for birdwatching (Bald Eagels) and hikers. I have kayaks and canoes you might want to use while here. River is active with fisherpersons!
