Conveniently located 3 miles from downtown Athens and all of the wonderful night spots and restaurants, the Classic City Convention Center activities; 1 mile to the nearest grocery store. Lots of space to enjoy outdoors with friends!! Internet, streaming services provided. Kitchen fitted with everything you would need to cook or just prepare a cup of coffee in the mornings and includes laundry area. Beautiful natural light brightens the spacious apartment with comfortable furnishings to ensure a restful stay.

Pet-Friendly Backyard Studio Retreat

Relax in our quiet townhouse retreat. *note: the bathroom is on the second floor. Downstairs is a living area with sofa bed and a queen-sized bed. It’s perfect for two guests but also great for children or three adults. Our converted garage uses space heaters in each area. Check the upstairs ledge for the heater/AC remote to control the window unit. Our kitchenette has only microwave available. NO OUTSIDE APPLIANCES ALLOWED. Upstairs is a large bathroom and listening area with turntable.

Quaint Cottage in Boulevard

Located on a quiet street the heart of the Boulevard Historic District, you can walk to Downtown or Normaltown in just 10 minutes. This house has two bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, covered front porch and back deck. Wonderful neighborhood restaurants and yoga studio, and school with playground are just a block away. This is the perfect place to stay for friends, couples and families. Mature, well-behaved dogs (2 max) are allowed for an additional fee of $50, or $100 per week for longer stays.

In SAFE and quiet residential neighborhood ( 4 miles from downtown ) with your own private entrance, fenced in mini patio and yard. About the size of a hotel suite , there is ONE queen bed, ONE folding cot and a sofa , bathroom with shower, a Roku TV, mini fridge, microwave, keurig coffee/ tea maker and your own mini split A/C unit .
