There are cottontails in the yard, deer come to drink at the water trough and 107 bird species have been seen on the property. The yard is fenced so your pets will be safe. Historic 1919 carriage house

The J Birdsall Banker property was developed from 1917 to 1919. The carriage house was constructed in 1919 and converted into housing during the housing shortage of World War 11 We have always referred to it as the honey moon suite because so many couples have lived there over the last 65 years. Couples still sometimes still stop to look and share old memories The carriage house was recently upgraded with all new interiors and is comfortably furnished

The Casita is located on the countryside just off the well known Morro Road. This centrally located Casita is just 20 minutes to either Paso Robles, Morro Bay and downtown SLO. The Casita is nestle between two hills on a 10 acre ranch, where you can watch the sunrise over the hillside and sunset towards the coast.
