Πρόκειται για ένα διαμέρισμα στο 2ο όροφο, στο Παράλιο Άστρος Κυνουρίας,πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και δίπλα στη θάλασσα.Αποτελείται από 2 υπνοδωμάτια, σαλόνι με τζάκι, κουζίνα και μπάνιο ενώ υπάρχουν και δύο μεγάλες βεράντες εκ των οποίων η μία έχει θέα θάλασσα.Έχει κλιματισμό σε όλα τα δωμάτια και τηλεόραση καθώς και WIFI 100mbit.
