An Astorian’s private room for you :)

This is a quaint private room in Queens Astoria. The common spaces are small & shared. This is a safe affordable space for tourists & is meant simply to drop off your things, explore the city and lay your head at night. It is not meant for hanging out, partiers or locals. *The apartment is located 10 minutes from the subway and 1 block from the bus. Bodegas, laundry, liquor stores, restaurants and bars are close by. Perhaps the best part about this home is the proximity to Astoria Park.

Private bedroom in Manhattan Upper East Side

5th floor walk up. Not a good apt for someone who can not handle exercise. If you’re looking for a sleek, minimalist hotel experience, this isn’t it. Your private room is cozy with fresh linens, comfortable bedding, and plenty of natural light. This is not a polished, empty space but a home filled with character, where every corner has a story. If you appreciate charm, coziness, and the comforts of a lived-in home, I’d love to welcome you to my space. Public transport quick walk away.

Quiet garden view (ground level) w/ washer & dryer

Your stay will in be in a quiet space facing our private backyard. Located within a shared family home. You will have one of the bedrooms, access to the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The second bedroom is just above you and is occupied by the us. Our location is on Astoria Park South, two blocks from east river and it's amazing city views, a short walk to both the NYC Ferry Astoria stop and Subway Astoria Blvd stop on the N, W train lines. Designer's apartment located on a quiet tree lined block of the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Just four flights up brings you to a private, separate entrance leading to your stay with a queen bed, 55" flat screen smart TV with all streaming channels, fast wi-fi that is tested for 338 download speed, writing desk and seating area with couch. For one guest host stays in the other side of the unit, two guests, you will have the entire rental.

We welcome you to our home in the bustling neighborhood of Astoria, Queens. Our location is a Walker's Paradise so daily errands do not require a car. Located on a particularly quiet block; only 20 min to Manhattan via subway, 10 min by car. LaGuardia airport is 7 min by car. Our house is a 6 minute walk to the famed Astoria Park with views of the Manhattan Skyline. We are a short walk to the 30th Ave shops, bars & restaurants.

Studio-like Beautiful Private Room!

This very spacious room w/ amazing daylight and a view of a tranquil street is located on the second floor of a beautiful typical "Astoria home". It accomodates up to 3 guests. Close to Ditmars Ave, with many restaurants, bars, cafes, banks, and a gorgeous Astoria park with Manhattan skyline views. Only ten minutes drive to LaGuardia Airport and a short walk to the N subway line to Manhattan.

Lovely 1 Bedroom Apt

Cozy 1 Bd Apartment right next to Astoria Park and by the water which makes your stay peaceful.Apartment has all applicant you will need during your stay. Place is 10 min walk to N train Astoria Blvd station that takes you to city about 15 min. And 15 min drive to LGA, 20 to 30 min JFK airport. Additionally 10 away from ferry to Manhattan that would make your travel unforgettable with view.
