Todo perfecto, desde la ubicación del apartamento, pasando por la limpieza del mismo, hasta la amabilidad de Xabier. Muy recomendable para descansar y conocer un poquito de Cantabria. Repetiriamos encantados.

Nous avons passé un mois dans cet appartement. L'environnement est calme et isolé (même si c'est un quartier en construction) et il est très bien placé pour découvrir Comillas et la région. Si vous n'avez pas de difficultés à marcher, tout est accessible relativement rapidement à pied (supermarché et centre sont proches et la plage à environ 30 minutes pour les plus courageux). Nous avons été très bien accueillis (une petite surprise à l'arrivée est toujours appréciable après une longue route !) et l'arrivée a été facile avec la possibilité de se garer dans le parking privé. L'appartement, en lui-même, n'est pas très grand, particulièrement la cuisine, mais il est confortable et plutôt fonctionnel avec une vue dégagée pour profiter du balcon et tous les équipements pour un séjour long. Le net est rapide et il est possible d'y travailler confortablement. En résumé, très bien !

On arrival, we were met straight away but Gorka s dad, who was super welcoming and friendly. Throughout our stay, communication and information was plentiful...nothing was too much to ask!

Die schöne Ferienwohnung gehört zu einer Anlage mit vielen sehr freundlichen Senioren und Familien mit denen man sich auch den Pool teilt. Sie liegt etwas abseits vom Dorf und ist mit den nötigsten Utensilien ausgestattet. Es ist alles wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, weil wir von dem Standort aus die unterschiedlichen Strände gut erreichen konnten. Die Kommunikation lief einwandfrei:-)

El apartamento está reformado y bien decorado. Nuestra estancia ha sido muy agradable. Fue muy fácil llegar pero nos ha costado un poco más irnos porque lo hemos pasado muy bien en Somo. Nos ha gustado mucho el sitio y el piso. Genial para los 4 adultos y 1 bebé que hemos estado allí un par un de noches. Tanto Francisco como Ana han estado muy atentos. Muy recomendable!!

Second time stay in 3 weeks with Luis as a couple and our dog Archie - just a brilliant stay, central to all walks and bike rides, also Luis, wife, and young kid so friendly and hospitable - they made Santander a really great destination for us - if you arrive on Brittany Ferries don’t flee, stay and explore for a few days this hidden gem - also stay in Luis place to add the sparkle.

An excellent central location for easy walking to everywhere in Santander. The apartment was spacious and stylish; great shower and bed a large fridge/freezer (always useful). Alejandro's instructions to get into the apartment were clear and he made sure that we were well informed. He made some excellent local restaurant recommendations too!

Tuvimos una estancia increíble en este alojamiento, disfrutamos mucho de la piscina climatizada. La casa es enorme y cuenta con todo lo necesario. Había cafetera, café, carbón para la barbacoa, toallas de baño y de piscina limpias, y productos de limpieza disponibles. la anfitriona fue muy amable y disponible. Sin duda recomendaría este alojamiento.

La casa es tal como se describe en el anuncio. Nosotros fuimos tres familias, 12 personas en total, con niños entre los 2-9 años y lo pasaron fenomenal, la casa es súper cómoda para familias. La comunicación con el host es estupenda, cualquier cosa que necesitásemos o duda que tuviésemos era resuelta.

The house is very nice and just as described. Sadly because of the weather, the grass backyard wasn't usable as it got very damp. But the kids enjoyed very much the terrace. The kitchen was interestingly equipped, but the pans deserve a good update as some are falling to pieces. there was a lot of spider webs and a big plague of ants was always appearing at the kitchen not matter how much we cleaned. There are some improvements that could be done at the bathrooms, but in general we really enjoyed our stay. We where recived by Joseba with a good harvest from the citrus trees that where very savory and it was lovely to see all the garden with bunches of beautiful flowers around us. The neighborhood is nice although really far from Bilbao, but we knew that in advance.

We traveled by car and stayed for 2 nights at Raquel’s little house. The studio is extremely charming, extremely clean, bed is very comfortable. The host greeted us (she lives on the premises in from of the studio) and left nice attentions for us (coffee, muffins, eggs) which was very nice and we enjoyed. Place is quiet, peaceful, close to small little villages and restaurants you can try in the region. Don’t hesitate to book this place, we were 100% pleased and recommend it !!!

Muy recomendable. Pasamos una semana muy agradable en familia. Los niños disfrutaron mucho y los adultos también. La ubicación es muy buena con acceso muy rápido a todas las zonas de interés. Sin duda que repetiríamos. Dar las gracias a Gema por su atención.

La casa tal y cómo se ve en las fotos, limpia y ordenada, camas cómodas y todo en un entorno íntimo y muy tranquilo y con una finca enorme para que los perros disfrutasen. Por otro lado los anfitriones muy amables y atentos.

Una estancia estupenda en plena naturaleza. Iñaki y Ana son unos huéspedes muy atentos que te hacen sentir como en casa. Ellos te proporcionan infinidad de recomendaciones para disfrutar de la zona durante tu estancia. La casita es perfecta para pasar unos días de relax en pareja. ¡Gracias por todo!
