Luxurious privacy in an Old Rectory

Just a twenty minute drive south west of Norwich, the Old Rectory is the perfect bolthole from which to discover Norfolk or just drop in on neighbouring Lotus Cars. From the well-appointed, private and spacious first floor annex in the West Wing of the house, guests are encouraged to explore our five-acre property comprising woodland, meadow and traditional walled garden. Whether you are single or travelling as a couple, the Old Rectory can offer you respite, privacy and comfort away from home.

The Old Dairy, a rural Norfolk hideaway

For over a hundred years, this characterful old dairy was where the cows were milked at Hawthorn Farm. Sympathetically and luxuriously converted into a two-bedroom cottage in 2017, it is self-contained and completely detached. Inside, original walls, beams and vaulted ceilings give it a spacious, airy feel. It has its own fully-equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a large shower, WC and basin. The spacious 18 x 14 foot carpeted living space has two huge comfy sofas and a table and chairs.

Hayloft at The Stables

A 2 bedroom first floor flat with kitchen, cosy living area, and bathroom, above our home on the ground floor. You share our front door, but access the flat through a door to the stairs immediately on entering the hall. Sleeps 4. Bedrooms are in the eaves, so have restricted head room in places. Excellent broadband. It was the hayloft above an old carriage house. A peaceful setting in pretty village, with a pub, a short drive to Diss. We live on the ground floor. Large garden, good parking.

The Tackroom a comfy and cosy rural retreat

Newly converted old tack room set within the grounds of a small holding. Offering a wonderful peaceful countryside getaway. A must for horse lovers as there are eight horses and ponies to make friends with during your stay as well as five mini dachshunds! Footpaths also lead directly from the property should you fancy a walk. There is a village shop approx 2 miles and numerous pubs in nearby villages. Norwich City is approx 20mins away and the beautiful Norfolk coast and broads 60 mins.

The old Stables

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

Conveniently located only 10 miles from Ipswich, 24 miles from the coastal town of Aldeburgh and only 11 miles from the market town of Framlingham and Woodbridge. This really is "home from home" and offers a very comfortable and cosy stay.

Luxury Oak Framed Annex.

Welcome to our beautiful oak framed annex in the garden of our cottage, looking over fields at the front and onto the garden at the rear. It is a large, comfortable , light filled space with quality furnishings and original art throughout. I am an artist and have a studio in the garden that you are welcome to visit. There is a large garden with pleached trees and cottage garden style planting . We are tucked away down a quiet no-through road in the heart of the village.

INGLOSS-SKIES is a luxury one bedroom barn for 2 adults set in the Norfolk Countryside with far reaching 360 degree rural views. Our accommodation is self-contained; a living space with two sets of French doors giving views over fields stretching for miles including a wood burner, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. A bedroom that sleeps two in a super king bed with French doors overlooking fields. A large bathroom with a large walk-in shower.

The Hayloft at Church Farm

A beautiful space in the countryside in a converted hayloft attached to a 17th Century Farmhouse. The Hayloft is accessed by an outside set of oak stairs with its own separate entrance enabling guests to come and go as they please. The Hayloft sleeps two guests in a comfortable king size bedroom space with a further guest accommodated on a sofa bed. Ideal for two adults plus a further guest. One medium sized dog welcome.

The Cartlodge - escape to the country!

Stylish, light, and relaxing space, nestled amidst a peaceful garden and orchard, with a summerhouse, firepit, bbq, hammock, and lots of space for alfresco dining. An ideal summer or winter retreat! Why not escape to your very own bolt hole in the country. The Cartlodge sits in the grounds of a 16th Century Manor House, in the peaceful village of Tacolneston, near the thriving, historical city of Norwich.

Quirky rural retreat in the heart of South Norfolk

This wooden cabin offers a calm space to unwind, with a comfortable double bed and an en-suite shower room, the kitchenette and dining table where you can enjoy the view across the meadow, and a cosy sofa to unwind from a mad world. The farm is a safe space for women. There are various outside seating areas either on the meadow or in the garden. We are motorbike friendly too.
