Elegant Executive Suite with Rooftop Pool in Chiang Mai

The space is a 48.69 sqm brand new,neat and clean 1-bedroom room feature beautiful Modern decor and charm. There are 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and 1.5 bathroom. The bedroom has 1 king size bed and 1 floor mattress. (floor mattress for booking as 3 guests. If there are only two guests but wish to use a floor mattress, there is an additional fee.) There is a balcony. 2 air conditions (1 in the Bedroom and 1 in the Living room). Bathroom include shower with rainfall shower head and bath tub. This apartment is located in Chang Khlan area in Chiang Mai. Easy access to Night Bazaar, Old town area and the airport. There are lots of chic places around; shops, cafes, coffee shops, local and international restaurants, grocery store, ATM, Banks. >> Facilities provided: << Hi speed wireless internet, 43" UHD 4K Smart TV in living room, Towels, Shampoo , Conditioner and Body wash, Washing and dryer machine, Iron/iron board, Minibar, Cookwares and Basic kitchen appliances (fridge, electric stove , hood, toaster, water boiler, microwave), Hair dryer, Gym and pool. There is 24 Hr. security guards and CCTV. Only people with keycard can enter the building. Guests can access to room's floor by taping with key card every time before pressing floor button. - 5 mins walk to the famous Night Bazaar, - 20 mins walk to Old city, Tha Pae Gate and Sunday Walking Street. - 15 mins drive from Chiang Mai International Airport. Guests can exercise at the gym, enjoy infinity pool ,sauna and rooftop garden on floor 16. You can also reserve spa at lobby and dinner-server of Shangri-la hotel. This condominium is in the heart of Chiang Mai, just a short stroll to the Night Bazaar, with seemingly endless market stalls, and the Old City, where there are countless temples, shops, and places to eat. The most common form of public transport is the red bus ( "Si-Lor Daeng" ) or local taxi ("Tuk-Tuk ") and they are easy to flag down. Just wave and let them know where you would like to go. You can also call “Grab” which is a brand new service in Chiang Mai. Please download Grab app on your mobile. >> Monthly rent condition : Please note that the monthly rate guests pay to Airbnb is excluding electricity usage. The electricity usage will be charged on actual usage at 10 baht per unit , water supply for 35 baht per unit during stay on the first day of each month and on the checkout date. If you turn on air conditioner only when you sleep at night, it should be around 1,500 Bath per month. Cleaning is only done once before check in. The extra charge 700 baht per time is required, if you would like the cleaning and change of towels and linen during your stay. Please let me know in advance so I could arrange this for you. Security deposit will not claimed unless guest did something damages, missing or break the house rules. It is administered by Airbnb,not paid up front.

There is a Secondary Bedroom that has Queen size Bed to serve either you company as family members or friends. At Living Space there is L-Shape Sofa Bed that could easily fit 2 people at night cozy and warm. There is Separate Function Baths that could simultaneously use at the same time. This room come with outdoor balcony for hanging out or getting the breeze of Chiang man or just getting some air. In R306B, there is a King size Bed with Superior Alcove Bed which size is even larger that King size Bed itself. There is Separate Function Baths that could simultaneously use at the same time. Both R306A and R306B come with Full-size Pantry which includes Refrigerator, Microwave, Hob, Hood, and in-room Washer/Dryer. In the Tub Room, enjoy the Bathtub with 16" Rain Shower after a stroll in Nimman. In the Standing Shower Room, enjoy the Multi-function Rain Shower both Fall n' Rain. Energize yourself and ready for the next day :) You will get a free unlimited in-room Wifi, 43" LED tv with Cable of both locals and international channels, complimentary coffee n' tea, Mineral Water, Sodas. If you are a "Cup of Joe's" person, I have a fresh ground coffee and tea with coffee machine for you to enjoy. There is a fridge and a microwave for quick meal and also electric stove and hood for big time cooker to enjoy your stay. There is in-house Washer/Dryer for your laundry service if you needed to. Nimmanhaemin Road, usually known as just Nimman Road, is alive with fashionable restaurants, cafes, bars, and boutiques, as are the surrounding side streets. Stroll to the inner city, go trekking high in the mopuntains, and canoe down the river. Closed to major street, so no need to worry about getting around in a jiffy. Choices is yours either taxi, Rod-dang, Tuktuk, buses or even Uber. Enjoy the place and Enjoy the city. Live well eat well rest well, trust me you deserve the best not the least.
