The apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean, spacious, and well-stocked with items to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Do not take this for granted - we have stayed in other places using the Airbnb platform in Chiang Mai, and some charge the same fee, but did very little to keep their place clean and livable. Ratagit takes really great care of the apartment. The location is right smack in the middle of the tourist area, right next to the MAYA shopping center and One Nimman, and a quick Grab or tuktuk ride to the old city inside the moat (only a 20-min walk if you’re up for it). Amazingly, the apartment is very quiet. There is also good security. The hosts were always quick to answer any questions and accommodated our request for two keycards. Check-in and check-out was super easy. Highly recommend a stay at Ratagit’s apartment in Chiang Mai. Well worth the price. Probably one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at in Chiang Mai.

as a retired hotel manager and chef I found the kitchen one of the best I've come across on AirB&B, sharp knives, good workspace, range of utensils, pots, pans etc. The decor of the place immediately reflected peace and tranquillity, excellent and quiet air conditioning, hot water to all sinks, basins and outlets (wow). Whilst being within easy walking distance to all the night-life, shopping malls and public markets it was surprising just how quiet and peaceful the neighbourhood was. Security was always polite and attentive. Plenty of nice touches, fresh coffee beans with a grinder and coffee machine (as a coffee lover this was brilliant), filtered water etc. Will definitely look to stay here again when in Manila.

Very beautiful place! Close to everything like restaurants, beach, massage, Bangla Road just right on the block. Very convenient. Inside the unit is so clean and the beddings is like a hotel. I highly recommended whoever going to Phuket! And the host is very responsive.

the place was beautiful and we had a comfortable stay. Matches the reviews as per past guests. Kelly provided clear instructions to where to park the car and the accommodation location. the carpark is 1 min walk away from the house. somehow my naver map is unable to pin the carpark location but luckily the car navigation system is able to. we drove a large suv and need abit more care to navigate a couple of alley turns to reach the open space parking lot. from the door way to the main door will require to hand carry the luggugaes as there is no paved walk way. But once enter the house, it feels right at home. the place is clean and tranquil, a very comfortable stay for our whole family. A short walk to the beach and lots of eateries by the beach with couple of convenience stores.

Kelly‘s house in Woljeong Beach is an absolute treasure. We spent quiet and peaceful days in Kelly‘s home and wish we had stayed for longer. It is a perfect place to recharge in this tastefully decorated home surrounded by thoughtful and lovely details. Everything you think you might need is already there, provided by Kelly. In less than 5 min we were at the beach, the small promenade and its fine cafes. Busses are in walking distance as are two Olle Trails. Kelly has been an attentive and super kind host. We loved everything about Kelly’s place and would come back anytime!

Beautiful, modern, clean house close to the beach. The host was fantastic, very responsive and helpful. We didn’t have a rental car in Jeju (reserved one but found out you need an international drivers license, so make sure you get that) and the host drove us to a market 5 km away so we could get groceries. Will definitely stay again.

Bardzo przytulny i klimatyczny - podróżujemy często po świecie i z czystym sumieniem możemy powiedzieć, że był to jeden z najpiękniejszych domów, w którym mieliśmy możliwość mieszkać. Prawdziwa perełka! Gospodarz jest super komunikatywny, bardzo miły i pomocny. Jeżeli będziemy kiedykolwiek w pobliżu to na pewno będziemy chcieli wrócić - dzięki temu domowi nasz pobyt w Chiang Mai zostanie niezapomniany do końca życia. Polecamy bardzo!

Kate was a responsible and responsive host who would always check to ensure that things were going well. She also helped us to arrange for tour for my family of seven. The villa, within the Furama compound, was clean, welcoming with amenities and even the pool was well maintained by the service staff. These were very important as I had an eight month old baby with me. There were pots for cooking and a cot provided so we had every we needed. There were also friendly butlers who would come in daily to keep the house clean. Everything worked well, including the fast and reliable WiFi as well as TV (with cable). The location was convenient to get to both Danang city and Hoi An. The private beach was a great perk too!

Feels like home everytime we are here. Oad & Nan are always responsive, friendly and thoughtful. We love the house as always! Thank you for the sweet gift we really appreciate it, thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Great accommodation at a great location. House was super clean and organized and host was very clear with instructions. Location is really quiet and cozy.

Our stay was very pleasant. The house was spacious, the furniture was new, and the design was well thought out. The beds were comfortable. However, there were quite a few steps to reach the rooms, which was a bit challenging for my parents, and the shower area was quite narrow and small. You had to walk a bit to throw out the trash, as the bins weren’t very close. The location was central, but we didn’t really enjoy Chinatown that much. There’s a night market on the street next to the house, and a 7-Eleven is also very nearby. Overall, it’s a house that can be preferred, and the hosts were communicative and helpful. Thank you.

This is genuinely by far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in anywhere in the world! it was also better than any hotel or villa I stayed in, in 3 months travelling throughout Thailand. Tom the host is genuinely a legend, he went above and beyond to make my stay as good as it could be and the apartment is brilliant. Spacious, modern and clean and in the best spot in Chiang Mai right in the middle of Nimman road where all the bars, restaurants and cafes are. the price was also incredible, amazing value for money. if you can definitely book this place for your stay in Chiang Mai because it was a big part of me enjoying my time in Chiang Mai so much!

alles war super, Henry war sehr hilfsbereit. Für den Preis kann man nicht viel falsch machen. 1 minus Punkt jedoch das Bad war etwas unsauber. Es fehlte die Handseife. Aber dennoch würde ich auf jedenfall erneut buchen. Danke

Dr. Supot and team were very welcoming and made our check-in and stay very comfortable. The condo is very modern and clean, the amenities (pool and gym) made it feel like we had our own rooftop patio. Getting around by boat was very accessible, however walking from the station is about 20 mins if you miss the boat. We just used Grab scooters to get home easily but otherwise a very safe neighbourhood. Only issue was the lower floor bedroom bathroom needed some light reno and the interior closets. Overall a great place to stay for over 6 guests in Bangkok, highly recommended!

I really enjoyed staying at Natasa’s place. It is conveniently located, not far from Old Town, Chinatown, Night Bazaar, night markets and local restaurants. It is also at a walking distance to a couple of convenience stores. I like the amenities like the gym to keep me in shape for sightseeings and the washing machine for a light load of laundry. I appreciated the beautiful artworks hanging in the living room and the bedroom. All in all, it’s a nice and comfortable place to stay. It feels like a home away from home. Her place would be on the top of my list next time I visit Chiang Mai.
