Stay in a luxury shepherds hut in the stunning Surrey Hills, only an hour from London. A perfect couples escape with a beautiful hot tub under the trees and a wood fired sauna experience bookable as an optional extra. We are located near Box Hill so you can enjoy countryside walks with spectacular views and visit some lovely local gastropubs. We are dog friendly for an extra fee. Welcome to our peaceful, detached annex offering flexibility, comfort and outdoor space. International guests will find us conveniently situated within 30mins drive of London Gatwick and Heathrow Airports (traffic permitting) and 40mins by train into central London. Ideal for those needing a base to enjoy the delights that Surrey has to offer or somewhere quiet to work from.

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. The Dog House is situated in a corner of our garden, in the beautiful Surrey village of Newdigate. Ideal for walkers and cyclists, the village has an award winning real ale pub with great food, a village shop and an Indian restaurant. There are nature reserves and stunning walks and only 15 minutes from Gatwick, access to the airport couldn’t be easier. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

Breakfast included with pubs and restaurants nearby. Within walking distance of two railway stations, direct into London. Twickenham Stadium is just under 30 minutes away. Thames Ditton is a pretty village located close to Hampton Court, Surbiton, and Kingston Upon Thames and 30 minutes by train to London Waterloo. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.
