The South House

This century old farmhouse in the middle of town is a great accommodation for visiting the university, our awesome downtown, or our great local parks. 1st floor is primarily office space for my local small biz, while 2nd floor hosts 2 bedrooms & bathroom, & the best scene for miles awaits you on the 3rd floor living area. Unique & cozy, nearby highway, food, hiking, university, & hospital. Clean & charismatic! Homeowner or staff sometimes present M-F, 9-2 on first floor. No indoor smoking

The Chirpy Chalet~ Peace & Quiet~No Cleaning Fees!

CHECK-IN TIME FOR SOME SUNDAY ARRIVALS IS 5PM FOR CLEANING. The Chalet has 2br/1ba on 3+ wooded acres. Whole-house generator, fully-stocked kitchen, propane stove, great Wi-Fi, fenced dog area, W/D onsite, firepit area with picnic table, cornhole, 2 smart TVs, office space & homemade treats. We are near Ashland University, great restaurants and shopping. We're an easy 1-hour drive to Columbus, Cleveland, and Cuyahoga Valley National Park. No cleaning fees, and no chores for you to do!

The Round House at Pleasant Hill- Mohican/PH Lake

The open floor plan & wrap around outdoor deck lends itself for an awesome gathering place for family and friends. Sleeps 6-8 with three bedrooms offering queen beds and a bonus sofa sleeper in living area, 2 full bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. Beautiful views of the golf course & seasonal views of the lake. There is plenty available to do! Enjoy Pleasant Hill lake, hiking, kayaking, skiing or an evening with indoor games, outdoor fire pit at The Round House.

Charming Century House

Located one block from Ashland University, and Freer Field, home to the Ashland Balloon Fest, as well as a 2 min drive from downtown, this private house is comfortably furnished with everything you may need for a relaxing stay. This newly renovated home has a full kitchen with all new appliances, two bedrooms, one full bath, and a spacious common area. Centrally located it is close to a variety of interests, this home is perfect for couples or groups of five!

Mohicanville Hideaway

Enjoy a tranquil getaway at this cozy and historic 1836 log home in the woods. During your stay, you will be greeted with a tasteful mix of antique features, Amish craftsmanship, and comfort. Start your day with a cup of coffee or tea on the screened porch in the company of the deer who often visit. End your day relaxing in the hot tub or unwinding next to a wood-burning fire (inside or out) before luxuriating in bamboo sheets for a restful night's sleep.

Mystic Cliffs Hideaway

Mystic Cliff offers a beautiful setting for families and friends to get away and make memories. This newly renovated 3 bedroom home is nestled on 7 wooded acres for you to explore. Enjoy the scenic firepit on top a large standing rock formation. And watch the wildlife roam. Even from the front porch. It is conveniently located just a few miles from Mohican State Park. With trails, a river, adventures, places to eat, Landoll's Castle and more.

THE RANI-MOON RETREAT - D

Country setting near shopping, eating, and amusement. Completely furnished with bedding, towels and kitchen essentials. Home is situated off the road overlooking a large field and pond. Here you can fish (catch & release), walk through field or trees, around pond or just relax at outdoor table / bench. Lots of animals and birds for nature views. Also, field fire pit, horse shoe pit and peddle boat use with permission and life jacket use.
