It is private to only your group! The downstairs with all it offers, is for one or two person stays. The upstairs becomes available if you enter 3 or more people. Fill the rest with fun and adventures. Finish it with a campfire, s'mores and a nice glass of wine.

Constructed waterfall views are just feet away from you! Not far from Boston, RI or CT, this newly designed home is located at a privately viewed pond, in New England, near Mt. Monadnock! Kick back, relax & listen to the water falling in a screened-in gazebo, or in the outdoor hot tub! Or view it all at the picture windows and enjoy the solitude at this picturesque retreat! Inside you'll find multiple lounging areas, luxurious beds, a fully stocked kitchen and a fun game room.

Escape to the Lake!

Relax with family or friends at this little slice of heaven directly on Sunset Lake. The west facing views make the lake live up to its name. We purchased this home in fall 2023 so all furniture, paint and fixtures are relatively new! While this home is outdoor living at its best, we do have WiFi and TV for those who want it. There are 2 kayaks for use as well as a covered hot tub with lake views. You can walk into the shallow water from shore and jump off the dock with ease.

Cozy studio located on 90 acres of private property that includes conservation woodland and fields, perfect for a challenging hike and wildlife viewing. Apartment has 1 queen bed with roll out cot and a full bathroom with shower and selection of towels. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, microwave, and the washer and dryer downstairs mean less packing. When not out and about exploring the countryside there is WiFi and a smart TV to keep you entertained.

Leave your worries at home! This lake front vacation camp is going to leave you with a sense of peace and enjoyment of vacation! Upon arriving to this camp with a view, you will instantly be met with the calmness of the dirt road, the breeze over the mountains, the rustling of the leaves, the sound of geese, and a faint smell of fire from the outdoor fire pit. Use this camp as your escape from reality, if only for a weekend! Older home from 1928, the camp has its QUIRKS!!!

This family home is spacious and accommodating for those looking to relax while away from the ski slopes or simply wanting to get away from the city. Situated nearby a plethora of hiking and mountain biking trails, lakes for fishing and paddling, the home is perfect for those craving the great outdoors. The home is 6 min from Wachusett Mountain Ski Resort, 3 min from the Wachusett Brewery, and 1 min from the 1761 Old Mill Restaurant.

Nestled in the woods with lake access across the street, a fenced-in yard for fur babies with deck, grill and tree-covered road for a stroll, this charming historic carriage house is a little over an hour from Boston. Located close to Cushing Academy; several trail heads to the Mid-State trail; and Mt. Wachusett ski/hiking area. Please note, ceilings are low and would not accommodate guests over 6 feet 3 inches.
