Located next to Coventry University and a few minutes walk to the city centre and all its central attractions. CBS arena, JLR, Warwick uni are all easily accessible by public transport. Refurbished in July 2023 and including free Wi-Fi & Netflix this is an ideal space for a city break, work trip or for any visiting academics.

Our peaceful dog friendly home from home has the countryside on your doorstep with plenty of walks/bike rides etc. * Private garden which is not overlooked complete with BBQ and seating area * Kingsize bed, Netflix, Sky TV, WiFi and Air con unit for the warmer months * Private Parking * CCTV on front door and back gate * This centrally-located home has a number of attractions within a short driving distance and local pubs We do not have a hot tub anymore for returning guests

This self-contained ground floor annexe is ideal for a professional person working away from home. Situated in a quiet location within easy reach of junc. 3 M6, and access to UHCW hospital and surrounding industries. Providing privacy and peace, the annexe comprises a lounge/dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a lobby giving access to a rear garden, a bedroom and bathroom off. The kitchen is shared by the property owners for laundry purposes and by prior arrangement.

The Cottage

The cottage is an 18th century original oak beamed cottage which has been in the same family since it was built. Recently fully renovated to a high standard. The cottage is a 15 minute walk to Coventry Building Society Arena or a 5 minute drive. Free parking for two cars available on site. Kenilworth and Warwick Castle are within 20 minutes drive from the property. Stratford upon Avon is about 30 minutes away. The Cotswolds are also around 1 hour away.
