Hill Top Retreat

The cottage is located in the reknowned "Val Graziosa" (Pretty Valley"), famous for its olive groves and production of exquisite olive oil. Once a watermill, the structure was recently converted into a stylish summer house and accommodates up to 6 people. The cottage unfolds between many levels as it conforms to the landscape. It is completed immersed in the nature, featuring views over the hills and the coast. Pisa, Lucca and Versilia are within very short distance, with Florence only 1hr away.

L'alloggio unisce fascino storico e modernità, con splendidi soffitti a cattedrale e travi a vista. Offre un accogliente salotto con smart TV, una cucina a isola completamente attrezzata e una spaziosa camera matrimoniale. Completano la struttura un ampio balcone privato ideale per il caffè, bagni moderni con doccia a cascata, aria condizionata e Wi-Fi veloce. Stazione a 15 minuti.

"Mercanti" cozy attic in a tower house

An old tower house in the heart of Pisa. A fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with espresso machine and kettle. The interiors blends wooden beams, steel and glass with a swinging hammock, designer lamps, a turntable and an extensive library of art and illustration books. The bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase, while the apartment is located in the attic (3rd floor) of a historic building: the staircase is a bit steep, so unfortunately it may not be comfortable for everyone.
