Havsnära stuga med fantastisk läge & utsikt

Underbar och mysig stuga i Stråvalla nära populära Stråvalla strand! Här bor du med underbar havsutsikt med nära till sandstrand (250 m) och Stråvalla Strand (600m) där det finns glasskiosk, lekplats och sanddynor. Centrum ligger ca 1,5 km bort med mataffär, padel m.m. Vackra omgivningar för cykling, promenader längs med havet. Altan med utsikt över havet och en till stora delar nyrenoverad stuga. Stugan har 3 sovrum. Ett stort allrum/kök i öppen planlösning. Sängkläder och handduk ingår.

Nybyggd stuga med bastu, badtunna och egen brygga

Mitt i naturen men bara 20 min från Göteborg hittar ni denna idyll. Här bor ni bekvämt i en nybyggd gäststuga med kamin, vedeldad bastu och badtunna. Runt hela huset går den stora altanen. Nedanför är en mysig stig (50 m) till den privata bryggan för ett morgondopp. Ta en tur med roddbåten och pröva fiskelyckan eller låna våra två SUPar. I direkt närhet finns vildmarken med gott om stigar, bl.a. Vildmarksleden, för vandring, löpning och mountainbike. Flygplats: 8 min Chalmers golfbana: 5 min

Attefallshuset, Lesses Gård

Ett arkitekt-projekt byggt 2021 med återbrukat byggmaterial i vår vildvuxet blommande trädgård. Stugan är fullt utrustad. Bäddsoffa och sovloft med stege (inget räcke!) Tvättmaskin, elbilsladdare och cyklar kan lånas gratis i huset bredvid, där vi bor. Havsutsikt mot Båtafjorden/Bua i söder och i väster strålande vy mot kärnkraftverket Ringhals. 50 m till busshållplats, 100 m till utegym och löpstig, 1 km till bad. Meddela om ni vill ta med egna lakan för 200 SEK rabatt. Städning ingår ej.

House 132 m2 is located on the cape Sönnerbergen on Onsala and borders the nature reserve Mönster. Guest cottage with double bed, toilet, outdoor shower and sauna with sea view included. Terrace with dining area (barbecue) with sea views directly outside the kitchen. Walking distance to several bathing spots around the area. 4 miles to Gothenburg, 1.9 miles to Kungsbacka.

I Åsa finns hembageri, ICA-butik, restauranger, glasscafé och mysiga butiker samt är endast 30 min med tåg eller bil till Göteborg.
