Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit hier bei Nicoletta. Sie war sehr nett und Kommunikation war sehr gut. Apartment war sehr schön ausgestattet. Der Blick zum Meer war atemberaubend. Gerne wieder!

Our stay at Wolfgan and Valentina's Airbnb in Sardinia was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us with exceptional warmth and hospitality. They are amazing hosts, always ready to help with anything we needed, and made us feel right at home. Their kindness and attentiveness truly made a difference in our experience. The house is beautiful, just like in the photos. Everything was spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained, which made us feel very comfortable from the start. Every corner of the house is tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The location is perfect for exploring northern Sardinia. It is strategically situated, allowing us to easily visit the nearby beaches and towns. Without a doubt, we will stay here again the next time we visit the island. Thank you, Wolfgan and Valentina, for making our trip an unforgettable experience!!!

nous avons passé un très bon séjour à San Teodoro. Maurizio est un hôte très accueillant, disponible nous sommes arrivés en arrivée autonome ce qui est un plus. le matelas n'est pas très agréable ( selon les goûts de chacun) et peut être penser à installer des rideaux occultants pour la chambre. je recommande tout de même de logement et aussi pour sa proximité du centre et de la plage tout se fait à pied 😉

Es ist traumhaft von der Terasse das Meer zu beobachten. Die Kinder haben den Pool sehr gemocht (mit Rettungsschwimmerin). Das Konzept der Anlage und Wohnung ist sehr schön und praktisch. Die Gegend regt zur Bewegung an und belohnt mit schönem Meer und schöner Natur. Die Betreuung und Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das hat uns sehr unterstützt.

Sergio was an extraordinary host: warm and big heart- he treated us like princesses!!! :) He even bought us a welcome-gift!!!! We will definitely come back. Thank you Sergio for the pleasant stay and all the recommendations.

The location of the apartment is unique and perfect for relaxing—set between two charming villages, surrounded by greenery, with a beautiful view. It’s very quiet and private, which we loved. The building is cute and cozy, ideal for two people. The air conditioning worked well to warm up the room in the evenings (we stayed in April). The brochures provided were helpful, and the island is amazing. We were able to visit many beautiful places—La Maddalena wasn’t far either. Our flight arrived very late, so the self check-in was very convenient.

Siamo stati nella casa di Pasqualina durante le vacanze di Natale e abbiamo trovato una sistemazione silenziosa e perfetta per ciò che cercavamo. La casa si trova in una posizione con una vista magnifica, è in perfette condizioni ed è dotata di tutto il necessario per cucinare e godersi una vacanza anche nel periodo invernale. Ideale per 1 o 2 coppie o una famiglia di 4 persone. Pasqualina è stata molto accogliente, ci ha fatto trovare un omaggio augurale ed è stata sempre molto disponibile di fronte a ogni nostra richiesta. Speriamo di poterci ritornare presto e la consigliamo.

Bertrand war super hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Das Haus ist neuwertig und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles erforderliche vor Ort. Das Haus dient der Alleinnutzung, auf dem Grundstück befindet sich allerdings noch ein 2tes Haus, dennoch sehr privat. Generell eine klare Empfehlung !

Die Kommunikation mit Kerstin vor der Anreise verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Im Haus angekommen, wurden wir sehr freundlich von Beate empfangen. Sie hat uns alles genauestens erklärt und war den ganzen Aufenthalt über immer per whats App erreichbar. Hat was gefehlt, hat sie es schnell vorbei gebracht. Hatten wir Empfehlungsfragen, kamen ausführliche Antworten mit wirklich tollen Adressen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und modern. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Mit dem Auto war man in weniger als fünf Minuten am Strand von Budoni sowie bei Supermärkten / Bäckern und Restaurants. Auch zu Fuß konnte man als dies gut erreichen. Wir sind zu sechst gereist (davon zwei Kleinkinder) und haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir würden euer AirBnB jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Super séjour dans ce logement exceptionnel. L endroit est propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé. Bertrand et Charlotte sont des supers hôtes et sont très accueillants. Ils ont pris le temps de nous donner de bons conseils pour visiter des endroits merveilleux. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Romain et Marie

Lovely Villa, classy interior with great kitchen/living area. Pool was great but we were there at end of season (end of Oct) for using pool so was a little cold as we expected. Garden was very cute and had a great herb garden. Local town was great with good local amenities. All in, fantastic villa in good location to explore the NE and E of Sardinia.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Villa Monroe - many thanks to Silke and Cinzia for making our stay so enjoyable and in particular to Silke for heating the swimming pool during variable weather in October - a lifesaver with three young children! The villa is well located near San Teodoro town. The swimming pool is well sized, heated and the outdoor terrace is fantastic for eating and relaxing. Bedrooms are all en suite and comfortable. Because we visited out of season (UK October half term), several restaurants and most beach bars in the local area were closed for the season - this didn’t matter as there are lots of great restaurants in Olbia (Essenza Bistrot in Michelin Guide is superb and very child friendly) but still a consideration if going out of season. We really enjoyed Lu Impostu and Spiaggia Cala Sassari (further afield near Golfo Aranci). We would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place to stay in. Beautiful village, breathtaking surrounding and very close by to many beautiful beaches. We stayed we our two kids and we all loved it. Such a great, convenient and peaceful place. The owner is also very attentive and responsive. Whenever we needed something, she was always happy to help. 100% recommend it.

we hebben een zeer prettige tijd gehad. de locatie is erg rustig! alles was in orde. professionele en behulpzame host. het huis is erg schoon en het uitzicht is fantastisch. we hebben genoten!! aanrader voor als je met een grotere groep verblijft. maximaal 8 mensen

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z gościny u Stefano jak chodzi o warunki zamieszkania, lokalizację i kontakt z gospodarzem. Czuliśmy się jak w swoim domu gdyż nic nam nie brakowało. Jednak najważniejsze to widok z tarasu i wyjątkowo spokojna okolica. Dodatkowo lokalizacja spełniła nasze oczekiwania jak chodzi o możliwość zwiedzenia północy Sardyni pomiędzy Olbią, a Alghero, dysponując oczywiście samochodem.

Schöne Wohnung im Smeralda Suites Komplex. Man hat alles, was man braucht!

I don’t have to tell you that the view from the terrace was amazing. You can see that in the photos. What might not come across in the photos Is the tranquility an absolute meditative peace that descends upon one while sitting on the terrace with a morning cup of coffee and a bit of a Nosh… just letting the church bells wash over you. I’m not a morning person, but I found myself during my time at Derek’s, eagerly awakening, and rushing out to brew a cup of coffee and just sit in serenity. One could not ask for a better place to embrace, peace, and recharge. And I haven’t even begun to talk about all of the fun and interesting things to do in Castelsardo as well as the medieval town and the wonderful restaurants. My wife and I are digital nomads . We Airbnb quite a lot. There are so many places to see and so many things to do that. I never say I would come back again. Derek’s is one of the few exceptions.

Sauber und unkompliziert:) haben uns wohl gefühlt!

We stayed at this Airbnb after getting tired of camping so it felt like a palace! Excellent value for money, we got a one bedroom apartment and the complex has a swimming pool, bar and music. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to cook - pots, pans etc. The location is in a small town just 1km from Cala Liberotto beach. The only issue we had was finding the place, the address in Airbnb was not correct. We called the phone number and the receptionist told us where to go.

A stylish place, clean, cozy, at the very center, close to restaurants, stores, walkable to marina; and just 10 min drive from the airport. Parking can be found nearby for agreeable price.
