Very charming sea view villa designed by Jacques Couelles, the architect choosen by Prince Aga Khan to built Costa Smeralda, with a 1000 sqm private garden inside a resort with swimming pool (3 min walking) and direct access to the beach (5 min walking). The swimming pool is open from 1/06 to 10/9 with a lifeguard. In the other months the pool is closed. Private outdoor car parking. 5 minutes driving from Porto Cervo. Check in is betwen 14pm to 10pm. Between 7pm to 10pm it is a self check-in.

Parcheggio privato davanti alla casa, in zona molto tranquilla a due passi dalla famosa vita notturna e dai negozi di Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia. Arredato di tutto: stoviglie, forno elettrico e microonde, in caso di necessità per cambio di biancheria (asciugamani) il prezzo sarà di 25€. La lavatrice verrà data con almeno 5 giorni di soggiorno.
