It is a value-priced luxury accommodation with a cozy western & wildlife art theme located in an upscale community with easy access to Denver, Golden, Boulder, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, hiking, biking, skiing & the Rocky Mountains. Our garden-level/ basement-level apartment is newly remodeled and is located on 1.3 acres of land that backs to North Table Mountain with 360 views of the Rockies. This spacious in-law suite is great for families/ groups with 1,800 sq ft of space. We are 5 mins from Golden, 15 mins to Red Rocks Amphitheater, and 20 mins to Denver, Boulder. The house is located with short access to i70 which makes it an easy hour+ drive to the slopes. It’s only a 10 minute drive to downtown Denver and 20 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater, foothill trailheads, Ball Arena, and Boulder. The suite is a close walk from Olde town Arvada and the light rail stop for easy transportation from the airport and throughout the city of Denver.

We are across the street from a nice park, close to a large bike path network, less than a mile from Olde Town Arvada with shopping, dining and a light rail station with access to downtown Denver. 20 minute drive to downtown Denver and to Red Rocks amphitheater. About 70 miles to skiing.
