Our apartment is located on the fourth floor of a historical building. In our well-equipped kitchen you'll find coffe, tea, wine and... some useful pieces of advice to help you enjoy your stay as much as possible! We'll welcome you personally and offer you your first breakfast in Venice, too. The apartment is in the popular Castello neighbourhood. It's 5 minutes from St. Mark's Square, and is close to other attractions. Art lovers will find La Biennale just around the corner. No pets allowed.

In nur zwei Stationen könnt Ihr mit dem Vaporetto zum Strand des Lido fahren und nach nur einer Station erreicht Ihr den Markusplatz. Appartamento di lusso con balcone privato e splendida vista, a pochi passi da piazza San Marco. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50€ per il gruppo) e della tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati saranno condivisi solo con Polizia e Comune. A Venezia gli ascensori sono rari: ci sono circa 50 gradini, ma non troppo ripidi. C'è un servizio di consegna bagagli direttamente in appartamento. C'è un deposito valigie.

You can relax on the terrace, admiring the landscape, sipping your coffee. The house overlooks Via Garibaldi, one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Venice, where it is easy to find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. It is not recommended for people taller than 1.80m or for people with mobility difficulties because there are 4 floors of stairs!

This flat is in Castello, the unique real, green and characteristic "Sestriere" of Venice; we finished to restore it on 2017, respecting in the furniture both the Venitian tradition both the design of 70/80 (Cassina, Flos, Foscarini, Castiglioni and Carlo Scarpa). The apartment is situated at the second floor of a venetian palace, in Campo Ruga, near to the exit of the Biennale and San Pietro di Castello, 12 minutes walking from San Mark's Square.

This one bedroom apt has a stunning view over the Arsenale and the Alps. Well located in the oldest part of Venice, Castello, at walking distance to San Marco (20 min) and well connected to the Lido by public transport (1 -2 stops). From the living room you can see the Alps sometimes capped with snow and the wall of the Arsenale, the dockyard dating back to the XIII century.
