Forage for mushrooms in the enchanting forest, ski till you drop, get covered in mud on the off-road bike trails, picnic on the summits and sunbathe or stargaze from your private garden. Das Appartement eignet sich hervorragend für 1 - 8 Personen und bietet im Sommer wie Winter auf der möblierten Terrasse einen herrlichen Ausblick auf den Seebachsee und die atemberaubende Bergwelt der Lechtaler Alpen. Ein weiteres Highlight stellt die Entfernung zur Dorfbahn und somit zur Skipiste dar. Diese beträgt nämlich nur 190 m.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

UlMi´s Tiny Haus

company Wohnwagon. I am equipped with a cozy double bed. Cooking on a wood or gas stove. I am heated with a wood stove or infrared heater. The shower is also a gem. The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.

Alte Sennerei Lechleiten

Die Alte Sennerei Lechleiten ist ein liebevoll renoviertes Ferienhaus für idealerweise 6 aber maximal 10 Personen. Das teilweise über 400 Jahre alte Haus, welches ursprünglich zur Herstellung von Milchprodukten diente, wurde umfangreich saniert, wobei das Resultat eine Wohlfühloase aus modernem Komfort und uriger Gemütlichkeit ist. Gerne wollen wir unser Haus an rücksichtsvolle Gäste vermieten, die dieses Kleinod wertschätzen.

With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.
