I cannot rate this stay high enough. We arrived late and the staff stayed back to ensure check in went smoothly. They were all super responsive and provided great advice, recommendations and ordered us tuk tuks when we wanted to go into town. The breakfast delivered to your room every morning was a very welcome surprise and highlight. The place was just perfect with all little things thought of - down to the universal wall sockets. But the best thing was the staff, they were all so lovely and friendly and helpful. I'd come back just for them! Thanks so much for a great stay!

My family and I had the most incredible and wonderful stay with Peter and Rowena! Their house, garden, and location and most importantly their wonderful hospitality and friendship made us have the most amazing time ever! The house and garden and location is magic, right next to the most amazing snorkeling with a reef right in front of their house. The house is so beautiful with all the rooms and facilities you need and the garden and pool is incredible with views over the ocean and jungle that is a dream come true. Peter and Rowena are the most amazing hosts you can imagine. We had such an incredible time with them. We had so many wonderful conversations about life, received incredible advice and ideas about all the incredible things you can see and visit in Panglao. Not to mention the most cute and incredible doggies!! We can highly highly recommend you to stay!!! kind regards Marc and Family

Be sure to follow the instructions listed on the listing on how to get there, NOT, I repeat, NOT the default google/apple maps/waze as it will take you to a random house somewhere. I found the directions on the listing and followed it and was able to get to the place. This place is just walking distance to the main strip where the restaurants, bars, stores, and parties take place, but surprisingly, it was really, really quiet and peaceful! You couldn’t hear any noise, unless you start screaming. So if you’re a party animal, but also want some “me” time when you’re exhausted from all the parties and stuff, this is the place to be. The place was clean, and private. Meaning I had a fenced small villa/cottage. Toilet & Bath was clean. Has a safe for your passports/docs. If you have a scooter/motorcycle, you can even park it in your yard. If you have a car, they have a designated parking lot on the property too. Overall, the experience was great.

I don't want to write a fantastic review because next time this place will be fully booked! But in reality, it was perfect. Great pool, fantastic and helpful/friendly staff, room was amazing and the location couldn't be beat. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I am happy that it was available for me to experience. A very nice cool, comfortable, spacious home. We enjoyed the cool ocean breezes downstairs with plenty of screened windows and the smart TV. Free brewed coffee maker was a very nice touch. The AC in the master bedroom is a high quality super quiet unit, comfortable king bed

Our hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. They gave us fantastic recommendations—from the best local restaurants to sightseeing tips—and made sure we felt completely at home. We couldn’t have asked for better hospitality and would highly recommend staying here!

Magnifique villa avec des prestations haut de gamme piscines à débordement, tenis , billard,grand volume dans les pièces à vivre vue mer qui est incroyable Prévoir absolument une voiture pour se déplacer ( depuis Cebu obligatoirement) nous avons étaient à pied en bas de la maison il y’a un hôtel/restaurant ( nombreuses tortues a voir ) 4 belles chambres , la 5 eme plutôt pour une personne ou des enfants La clim dans les chambres était suffisante Un super séjour dans une villa hors norme

Had a small celebration for my 18th birthday and graduation party with my friends here, TLDR; had a blast. My friends arrived earlier than I did, and I failed to inform kuya raffy about their location. My friends arrived at 2pm while I arrived at 3. Despite this, kuya raffy was really friendly and accommodating. He showed us around the house and kindly reminded us about the house rules. Maria was really friendly and responsive about my concerns and questions too! The place overall was amazing. It had the important utilities, and you wont have a problem navigating the place. The view was amazing. The place was really tidy and clean. The outlets in the garage weren’t working but that wasnt really a problem for us. My friends and I had a really great time here, we were in awe about how good the place really looked and how peaceful it was. Would definitely book again if given the chance! 🩵
