Very Cosy and Charming apartment of 28sqm, very well located in the heart of the Latin Quarter, next to the famous street Mouffetard, the Pantheon, the Luxembourg garden, the Garden of plants and Notre Dame cathedral ! The apartment has a cosy living room, with plenty of storage space, a bathroom, an equipped kitchen and an air conditioner. Very sunny apartment, on the 4th floor with a lift, overlooking the Panthéon and the roofs of Paris ! Secure building with the presence of a caretaker.

Appartement lumineux charme parisien

Appartement typiquement parisien (Haussmannien) avec parquet massif, cheminée, miroir, moulures… et tout le confort moderne (cuisine et salle de bain rénovées en 2023). L'emplacement est idéal, à 2min de l’arrêt de métro Jussieu (ligne 7 traverse Paris du sud au nord et ligne 10 traverse Paris d’Est en Ouest). Dans une rue calme avec vue sur les arbres mais à 5min de la rue Mouffetard (bars et restaurants). Parfait pour (re)découvrir Paris. Nous serions ravie de vous accueillir chez nous !

Charmant duplex terrasse au cœur du Quartier Latin

En plein cœur du quartier latin, sur la place de la Contrescarpe, typique et chaleureuse, un petit duplex confortable avec un grand lit double 160 à l'étage et un lit au rez-de-chaussée. La chambre donne sur une grande terrasse privée, calme et équipée de meubles de jardin et d'un grand parasol. L’appartement dispose également d’un espace extérieur privatif au rez-de-chaussée. Grilles sécurisées. Tous les commerces à proximité immédiate. Deux stations de métro à moins de 4 minutes à pied.

quiet and sweet in heart of Paris

In the heart of the old Paris and in the quartier latin, a very quiet and charming apartment for five people only used for the renting, renewed and fresh in the summer. On the 4th floor with a lift, you'll sure enjoy your stay in this lovely apartment. 2 buses(89 and 67) and 2 lines of metro(7 and 10) at 50m and a lot of restaurants and supermarkets in the street. Pascal and Christine, the owners live in the same building and can help you if you need to have good holidays!
