Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Fantastic 1-Bedroom Guest House with Loft

Stylish, modern, purpose built guest house. Its based in the western end of Gothenburg in Långedrag, a very nice residential area. It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. Lägenheten vid havet! 15 min från Göteborg

Slappna av i detta lugna och sköna boende som ligger på Ängholmen i Långedrag, bara 15 minuter med bil från centrala Göteborg. Här har du havet runtomkring dig och en härlig park med bänkar att sitta vid eller berg för en lite mer utmanande promenad runt ön. Spårvagnen som tar dig in till city finns inom 15 minuters gångavstånd. En träbro (anpassad för bilar upp till 4 ton) med bom förbinder Ängholmen med fastlandet och gör den till en trygg och säker plats att vara på.

Mysig stuga med havsutsikt i Göteborgs skärgård

Här bor ni precis vid vattnet bara ett boulekast från hamnplan, på lugna och idylliska Kalvsund i Göteborgs norra skärgård, den sydligaste delen av Bohuslän. Vår fina ö är en riktig skärgårdsidyll. Här finns inga bilar, bara hus, små båthamnar, promenadstigar, vår berömda båk, bohuslänska klippor och salta bad på någon av våra fina badplatser. Ändå är det lätt och smidigt att med kollektivtrafik ta sig till central Göteborg med allt vad staden har att erbjuda.

Skärgårdshus på Asperö

Välkommen till ett skärgårdshus med en fantastisk havsutsikt på ön Asperö i Göteborgs södra skärgård. Boendet har en ljus interiör och ett härligt ljusinsläpp från morgon till kväll. Boendet ligger ett stenkast från färjeläget och hamnen. Där finns en 24/7 livsmedelsbutik som är tillgänglig med SMS kod. På grannön Brännö finns en välsorterad livsmedelsbutik. En badbrygga finns rakt nedanför huset och runt ön en naturskön promenadslinga på 3 km.

Välkommen till husets charmiga ovanvåning, dit du kommer via en egen ingång. Huset har nyligen genomgått en omfattande renovering i tidstypisk stil. Detta boende ligger i området Kungsladugård, Majorna. Parken Slottsskogen ligger precis i närheten och på några minuter når du Mariaplan där det finns barer, restauranger och butiker. Det tar 15 minuter med spårvagnen till centrala Göteborg och det finns flera mataffärer bara några kvarter bort.
