Highly recommend!! It was just as described-so convenient to everything, with plenty of room for the whole family to be in one place—better deal and more comfy than getting hotel groups for our group.

We absolutely loved our stay at Leonard’s place and wished we could have stayed longer! The location was amazing for exploring by foot, or we could pick up Ride Indigo bikes from round the corner. Parking was sincerely appreciated, we fitted a RAV 4 in the space with no issues. Would stay again and recommend to others.

My gang of friends agreed we’d happily come back here again - lovely setting & big driveway for parking; comfy bedrooms and generous number of bathrooms; well-equipped kitchen compared to most rentals; pleasant but unobtrusive decor; and short, clear host instructions. And it was so warm for December that we even got to hang out on the patio, also comfy & welcoming. I think the only things (and they were very minor) that we’d recommend adding would be conventional potholders, a few more sets of silverware, a couple more DR chairs, and a reminder sign about the step down from the kitchen into the DR. Overall, would definitely recommend!

A bit quirky, but very pleasant and comfortable. Beautiful spring weather, and lovely to sit on porch overlooking creek and listen to morning and evening bird chorus. Jack was easy-going, helpful host, and the house has fascinating history. Near a lot of interesting places to visit (just down the street from Newlin Mill, under restoration, very cool). Another commenter was right about the steep/narrow spiral stairs requiring care, but they proved not a problem for us.

We used the home for a small family gathering and it worked perfectly. The layout- big dining room table and large coffee table with the couch surrounding was perfect. Kitchen was very clean, everything worked well. There were a few key items missing in the kitchen-pot holders, sharp knives- I mentioned to the host after snd they were responsive so I imagine they will stock that. Overall, Manpreet was very responsive.

Jess & Jess's place was amazing. She made sure we had everything we talked about. The home was absolutely beautiful, towels were fluffy & soft, beds were comfy & there is plenty of room. There are about 8 steps to go up to the house & a few at the door. We enjoyed watching the wildlife. i would definitely stay here again.

We highly recommend this amazingly appointed space, located in a lovely neighborhood, very special and private, the perfect location for exploring all that Philly has to offer. We loved coming home to this house at the end of a busy day. We all wished we had more time to just sit around and enjoy the house!

Marc was a great host and the space was very comfortable. The check-in process was straightforward and the neighborhood was quiet with ample street parking at all hours. He kindly provided towels and toothbrushes for use. The curtains around the house are a little thin and don’t cover the windows entirely, especially in the bedrooms. But otherwise an excellent stay!

Went to the Philadelphia Folk Society concert at the Colonial. Enjoyed the stay h a lot. This apartment is half mile walk. Would not want to walk the last part of the half mile home from downtown Bridge street late at night unless in a group. Not the owner's fault, but since parking is not quite right in front of the unit, street only- situation is a bit "eh"... (Women traveling should know this.) Melanie made a smaller sized space so very comfortable and thoughtful. The place was extra clean + nice having a fridge, burners, snax etc. and good coffee. So we appreciate that!! Beds were comfy, but not soft. Slept well. Neighbors were up early and bounded loudly out the door from the second floor. It was brief though. Over all it was a very good experience. It would be nice if the properties across the st. were fixed up. Bulk trash abounded everywhere near abandon boarded up homes. However Melanie's place was very clean & neat! Really nice bathroom. Good for short stay.

I enjoyed my stay very much! The room was clean, the neighborhood was quiet like told and really convenient with stores. The TVs were lovely, Kameron and I believe Kayla both did their best to accommodate any needs (although there weren’t any) and responded within the time displayed. I would recommend this place!

We were very comfortable and appreciated how open, clean, and easy the space was. Nachman was very easy to communicate with and very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

We stumbled upon the cute little town of Media by accident last summer, and knew if we came back to the area we wanted to stay there. Love the location of this Airbnb - perfect for walking around Media or catching the train in to Philly. Also just a short and uncomplicated drive to Swarthmore (which is what brought us here this time). The sofa bed is a bit tight for multiple teens - it seems smaller than a full size mattress. If you have 4 people and none are little kids, you may want to consider bringing a single air mattress/sleeping bag for the 4th person. We went ahead and booked this Airbnb again for our next trip to the area this fall and look forward to visiting again!

Chandra was extremely nice and responsive. The unit was homey and comfortable. The bed was amazing and the couch was very comfortable as well. The neighbhoorhood was very quiet and the upstairs tenants were very mindful of us guest. The stay was amazing and peaceful. I will 100% book again.
