My wife and I run and maintain the property and live close by. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/laundry room. This home has a large enclosed back patio and gazebo area with table, grill, gas fire, fountain, flowers/plants, TV/ lights. Stone drive is only a mile away. Meadowview conference is 2.8 miles away. Our Mountain Chalet is the Perfect GETAWAY. Best location to stay in our ENTIRE Area. We are in the city limits of Kingsport, 3 miles from downtown. A DOG MUST BE PRE-APPROVED and there will be an additional pet fee. I do not charge a cleaning fee as long as guest leave place clean as found. Charter cable TV and WIFI access provided.
