Arcadia Family Ranch near Camelback Mountain and Scottsdale

Our spacious 2,200+ square foot three-bedroom home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in one of the most central locations in all of Phoenix/Scottsdale. The home was a custom remodel with attention to detail such as the travertine and hardwood floors; additionally, ceiling fans are installed in nearly every room. Here are some further details about the property: When you open the front door, you will find an open and spacious great room. We find this room and the outside (details below) are where our guests spend most of their time. The room features a 55” HDTV that is equipped with a Roku (YoutubeTV and Netflix) and surround sound, a very comfortable sofa, and a dining room table that comfortably seats eight. Connected to the great room is a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, plenty of refrigerator space, dedicated wine fridge, full set of pans, cookware, Keurig coffee pot, and toaster. Heading towards the bedrooms you will find a den that includes a three-person sofa that converts to a full-size sofa bed. There is a 40” HDTV in this area also connected to a Roku. The master bedroom is very spacious with a top of the line Queen SleepNumber i10 mattress to make sure you get the best night sleep ever. The room has a 42” HDTV connected to a Roku along with a full-size dresser and a walk-in closet. Also, there is a set of French doors leading directly into the backyard. The master bathroom features granite countertops, dual sinks, large shower, and spacious bathtub. The second bedroom features a high end (and also very comfortable) full-size mattress and 500 thread count sheets to ensure you get a great nights rest. The bedroom also features a full-size dresser, luggage rack, and closet with ample space for a long or a short stay. The third bedroom is a multi-purpose room depending on your needs. It includes a twin size bed, a full-size crib, and a small desk for getting work done. Additionally, there is plenty of closet space. There is one full-size bathroom shared by the two additional bedrooms that is well equipped. Last, there are three small rooms on the other side of the house: Laundry room with large washer and dryer, powder room, and mud room that serves as an entry from the french doors leading to the covered back patio. As mentioned above, our guests love spending time outdoors enjoying Phoenix’s great weather. In the front yard there is a small covered patio looking out to a large grass area on the front and west side of the home with two rocking chairs and bench. The entire front yard is enclosed with ranch rail that makes it a safe for kids to play. In the back there is a larger covered patio with comfortable patio furniture set, ceiling fan, speakers, and full-size natural gas BBQ. The backyard has a smaller grass area that includes a swing set for kids up to 70lbs and vintage string lights overhead to light the area at night. Much of backyard is paved with an additional covered area off of the detached garage. Guests have complete access to the property, except for the detached garage. We are available as much or as little as you would like. You will be provided access via cell phone and email. The house sits in the center of the Arcadia neighborhood that is known for its trendsetting style, tight-knit community, and safe streets. Very walkable or bikeable to all the hotspots, it's also close to Scottsdale, Tempe, and downtown Phoenix. Most guest either use have their own vehicle, rental car, or use Uber/Lyft to get around. Uber and Lyft are available to be at the property less than 5 minutes nearly all hours of the day. Sky Harbor Airport (PHX) is 10-15 minutes away and generally costs between $10-16 with either rideshare company. If you prefer to take the public bus system we are walking distance from the nearest stop on Indian School Rd. We provide two sets of towels and sheets, cooking utensils, silverware, plates, hairdryers, WiFi and streaming services on the Roku TV system (YouTubeTV and Netflix), heat during cold (by Phoenix standards) months, and AC during hot months. Guests do not have access to the detached garage; although you are welcome to park in the driveway or the plenty of street parking available in front of the house.

Its central location is a perfect setting if you're exploring Phoenix for pleasure, visiting for an event or spending time in town on business. Your favorite steamed coffee beverage, hot tea and continental breakfast (yogurt, juice, croissants, fruit, etc.) are all included with your listing. Enjoy all pictured spaces indoors and outdoors. Your room and bathroom are private with a queen bed, premium linens, a closet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, a desk and more. You may enjoy maximum privacy and come and go thru the independent entry. Alternatively you are welcome to use the front door, the kitchen & fridge, the front and back patios and all other living spaces. The front door is equipped with smart lock you may open with your smartphone; your room independent entry has a traditional key. We live in the house and enjoy whatever level of interaction our guests choose. Please contact us thru the app for fastest response. The home lies in a quiet, safe and well-established residential neighborhood on the border of Phoenix and Scottsdale. Most houses are large and include guesthouses and swimming pools, and many of the neighbors living around us have lived here for decades. Depending on the length of your stay and the places you intend to visit, a rental car or Uber service may be the best choices. Just feel free to ask us.
