Ηλιόλουστο διαμέρισμα φωτεινό, ευρύχωρο και καλαίσθητο μόλις δύο λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της Σπάρτης! Το διαμέρισμα είναι 94 τ.μ. Διαθέτει δύο υπνοδωμάτια με διπλά κρεβάτια και μεγάλες ντουλάπες. Και τα δύο υπνοδωμάτια διαθέτουν air condition και έχουν πρόσβαση σε ευρύχωρο γωνιακό μπαλκόνι. Το σαλόνι περιλαμβάνει έναν καναπέ γωνιακό πού γίνεται κρεβάτι και τραπεζαρία με έξι καρέκλες. Ολόκληρο το διαμέρισμα περικλείεται από άνετη γωνιακή βεράντα με θέα την πόλη της Σπάρτης!!

Cottage house in 10 acres olive tree grove, carefully decorated with upcycling wooden furniture customized from us. The house is located in a small settlement called Patima. It is 2 Km from Examilia Village, 6Km from the modern town of Corinthos and 4Km from ancient Corinthos. The center of Corinthos and the beach (kalamia) which have coffee shops, bars and restaurants are both 10 minutes by car from the house. All people are welcome.

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.
