Private lower level 2 bedroom suite

NOT 420 (marijuana) friendly. Our private ground level suite has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, access to a coffee bar (kitchenette) and a living room area. It is roomy, comfortable and clean. We live upstairs and rent the finished basement. Common areas include the back door, back yard and laundry room. Our house is in an upscale neighborhood, convenient location close to public transportation and off-street parking. the ceilings are low, so extra tall people (over 6'1") will be inconvenienced.

Blueberry house 3BR with private entrance & Hottub

Soak up in the hot-tub, sit by the firepit, and enjoy a nice night of slumber in our SOLAR powered home with car charging. Stay at the lower level of our renovated house. It has 3 BR and 2 BA(1King, 2Queens). You can see some mountains from the hot tub during winter. We have fast internet, a kitchenette, washer-dryer. ~30 minutes away from the Lookout mountains and the Red Rocks. Parking is available in the driveway/street. We live in the upper half. No need to take out trash at check out.

Bright and sunny 2 story private guest suite in beautiful Hilltop/Mayfair/Crestmore home. Private entrance, 1 bed, 1 bath, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. 2 Private Balcony's and very quiet neighborhood. Hardwood floors on 1st floor and carpeting upstairs in the bedroom.
