Island Dunes is a Townhouse Condominium complex, with two and three bedroom units. We are located 1 block from beach in beautiful Port Aransas. The unit has a full kitchen that is equipped with everything you need, except maybe your favorite omelet pan. Each day brings a different menu of things to do. Tensions disappear beneath your footsteps in the sun as you stroll along the miles of beaches. We are golf cart accessible from beach and town. Unit has car ports below it and two small sets

Private Coastal Retreat

This private guesthouse sits in the back of a two acre beautiful oak tree covered lot, less than 2 miles from water. Included is a private patio with a gas grill for outdoor entertainment. The location is 7 miles to Port Aransas beach ferry and 10 minutes to Rockport shopping and dining. This is a fishing, duck hunting and bird watching paradise! The boat ramp is five minutes from house. We have street and alley entrances with plenty of free, private parking for a vehicle, trailer and boat.

Both Beach Houses-BIG YARD - In town by UT dunes!

GREAT PLACE DOWNTOWN ON EAST WHITE AVENUE!!! HEAD TOWARD THE BEACH FROM THE ICE CREAM SHOP! Whole one story 2/2 bath and huge 1/1 studio. Large lot with great party patio -Private parking for 6 cars or truck with big boat trailers. Downtown and walking distance to Beach and Station and all marina restaurants. -Very secure part of the island!

please note i need 24 hrs notice for reservation and a 2 night minimum stay. Please do not request longer than 5 day stay. I prefer that you have vaccine to prevent covid. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place.
