The house was perfect size for our family and located in a peaceful spot. The pool and hot tub were right across the street from the house and the first floor garage made everything so convenient when leaving and returning from the beach. Michael was great about arranging maintenance when the hot tub broke down during our stay, and contacted us to let it know when it was operational again. We will be back! We had a super relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Cute, cozy clean place. Screened in front porch made during rainy weather was a great rustic feeling plus. Well worth the money!

It was wonderful to be so close to the water. The space was just enough for me and my girls and my fur girls. It was easy access for my fur girls to go out for restroom breaks or early walks by the water.

This is a great home to get away from it all! It has great wifi. Its very quiet and peaceful. You can walk around the neighborhood freely with hardly any traffic to worry about. Martha and her husband are beyond nice and actively help make your stay everything you want it to be! The house has everything you could possibly need to live there. I highly recommend this place!

Love this condo! PERFECT for a small family. We were a family of 4 and had MORE than enough room. Loved the long balcony. Loved the heated pool. Loved that this condo had ALL the necessities needed. Thought I’d have to run to the store, but never did. Coffee, all the way down to the mugs this condo was equipped with. Thank you to the host for being so amazing! I absolutely LOVED that there was a small note from the previous guest. We left one as well for the next guest! Very clean.

We had a fabulous time, and happened to stay here the same weekend Sandfest was happening. Because of that the private entrance/boardwalk was a perfect way to get to the beach quickly and avoid a lot of the crowds. The condo was clean, comfy, and cute! plenty of space and great access to amenities. We would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay - we were close enough to drive into Port A for all the fun and activities there, but in a secluded part of the beach with peace and tranquility. Loved the beach access (wagon and chairs included under deck), the pool, pickleball next door or in Port A at Community Park, and a warm/hospitable environment to just hang out and enjoy time with the family. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Gilbert’s place. It was just as described and looked just like the pictures. Great pool and right on the beach. All amenities listed were available and we didn’t need to purchase anything extra (TP, soap, paper towels, etc.) shower gel was really nice and plentiful! Bed was super comfy and it was nice having a pack n play and baby monitor for our little one. The only downside is one night the neighbors were a little loud and sound traveled right through the wall and woke up our baby. I also think housekeeping could’ve done a little better job cleaning the floors. There was some debris left from previous guest. Not Gilbert’s fault at all, but something to be aware of. Gilbert was very responsive to my messages and I would recommend staying here.

This place was so close to the beach and the walk was so quick and simple! Would stay there again anytime. Kitchen was very well equipped and ample space.

I have been to Port Aransas almost 10 times over the years, and this has been my favorite rental. I love the back porch and the fact that there are 2 full showers. The boardwalk to the beach was so convenient and the pool access was nice as well. It was a very nice unit and obviously well take care of. There was a miscommunication with the cleaner and when we arrived it has obviously not been turned over. Kelly called right away and got it handled as quickly as she could. I would definitely stay here again.

We truly enjoyed your Port Aransas home. The interior layout was perfect for 2 couples and a child. The proximity to the beach was outstanding (3 minute walk). Kitchen was well supplied. Interiors were very coordinated and attractive; like the 3 decks looking to the Bay. Cooking grill worked as described. Internet and AC worked perfect. The beach was wide, soft and well maintained with a nice wide dune area. The community pool is well suited to little kids, yet big enough to satisfy relax seeking adults. There were a good number of essentials, like, coffee, olive oil, basic spices. Definitely recommend. Easter crowd was dense on Sat but W,Th and F were fine. No wait on ferry W afternoon or Sunday am. Ciao bella.

The place was really well appointed and had everything a family of five needed. It is right next to the beach and it’s an easy walk or drive. Shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Very beautiful surroundings and enjoyed the oversized deck. We had a great stay.

Natalie was extremely communicative and cordial. The house looks better in person and is set up with everything that a large family will need. Great location just minutes from the beach, not to mention it is right across from the community pool. We had a large group and all were happy!

This is a gorgeous home located on a beautiful beach and golf community. The home is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you might need for a vacation. It is obvious that the owner has taken great pride in the details that make this home a special place to stay. We had a group of 8 ladies and we had plenty of space to spread out. The boardwalk is just across the street making it very convenient to get to the beach. Our 3 day stay was negatively affected when on the second day, the AC went out on the main area, where the master bedroom is also located. After a bit of difficulty getting in touch with the management group and their several attempts to fix the AC it was found to be a part that wasn’t available until Monday. With the community having 2 beautiful pools we hung out there instead of spending time in a hot house. The management group worked with us and a resolution was agreed upon. We realize this unfortunate situation was unpredictable. We had a great time,

The stay turned out to be phenomenal. We truly enjoyed our family vacation due to the location of the property, the cleanliness, the warmth and the host. After our busy day at the beach we were able to come back and truly relax in the accommodations. This is a place we will absolutely come back to!!

Great location, real close to both beach and docks if your in-town for fishing.

While the outside of the home looks like it could be refreshed, one we walked inside, we were pleasantly surprised with a very homey renovated inside. Clean floors, and a great table for seating for 6. Had windows showing out to the beach, I did hope that the windows were cleaner so that we could actually see the outside more clearly. They had a coat of haze on them, but that is tough to keep clean in a sandy wet area, so I understand. Balcony with 6 seats outside was excellent, we spent a lot of time just hanging out there. 6 big chairs to sit outside and look at the water we're perfect. Being able to walk right to the water is something that cannot replace, this house right on the water. We were 6 ppl, and everything seemed perfect for 6 from a seating perspective. Couches were great and spotless, were really inviting to sit on, which is not something I can say for every Airbnb I have been at, so huge plus. Overall, our stay was excellent, thanks for having us.

I can't say enough about this stay. The home was perfect! Impeccably clean and well decorated, spacious and airy we felt at home immediately. The location is also perfect a very short walk to the beach and close to bars, restaurants and shopping and the views are gorgeous. . The hosts were amazing. very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.
