Amanda was an amazing host. She had great communication, quick to respond, and extremely helpful. Place was peaceful, and beautiful. It had everything you could possibly need. I would 100% recommend Amanda and her house. I can assure we will be coming back to rent again. Top notch service.

we feel we were in home. Phil like family member to take care us. we came down to birding. Phil provided a lot of information for birding and also took us to the museum where he and his wife volunteered. wonderful couple and we had a lot to talk about like old friends. We will definitely come back and recommend this place. the location is perfect to everything. we had wonderful week. Thank you. Phil.

We has a great time staying at Kenneth's place. The location was perfect. A 5 minute walk to the gulf. We could even see it from our living room windows. Also a nice dock in the back which I could bird watch. Plenty of dishes and pots/pans. Bed was comfortable. Nice shower. Nice large TV. The only thing I would recommend as an improvement would be to add black out curtains in the bedrooms. Kenneth was always quick with responses if we had questions or issues. I would highly recommend this place and hope to come back next year!

Amber was right on top of things and super responsive. Anything that was needed during the stay, there was zero hesitation. She was always very pleasant in speaking to her and maintains a cheerful and considerate attitude. The kitchen is well stocked , the a.c cools perfectly on those hot days, and showers are hot w good pressure. The home is off the main road where it’s quiet but within a mile or two of anything you might need.

Great place to stay with access to the water and a boat dock to use. Plenty of room and fully furnished. The condo was clean and we enjoyed the balcony overlooking the water. The sunset views were a definitely a plus.

The unit was modern and updated. Clean and comfortable. Had everything you need and more. Host was always quick to respond with any questions. The area was under tropical storm warning/watch, host checked on me on several occasions. Best rental overall that I've ever experienced.

The place was just what we wanted. Easy to the beach with lots to do and see. Was easy to travel to Texas A&M to visit the college. Traffic was very manageable. I would recommend this place to anyone. Tracy was very communicative and responded quickly. A GREAT Place!

Great condo - just a short walk to the beach! Very comfy furnishings and we loved the pool and splash pad for the kids. Hosts were super responsive! We hope to book again sometime!

Thank you so much Timothy for not only allowing a flexible early check in to give us the convenience of getting situated before enjoying the beautiful surroundings. He went above and beyond to communicate with me regarding check in process and a question that arised during our stay and promptly responded to me. The place was exactly as pictured. The balcony with rocking chairs was nice in the morning with a cup of coffee. The fishing pier and pool that is private to those staying on the property was the best part. This made it easy to never leave the condo and allowed us to enjoy our stay even more. Thank you for sharing your beautiful residence and giving us an opportunity to enjoy it!

The house is very homey and welcoming, also the area was very quiet and relaxing. The house was also relatively close to the fairy and the beach. Overall it was a great stay!!

This is one of the best Airbnb’s that I have stayed in. It was perfect for a weekend getaway with my husband. We will definitely try and stay there again!

Kim was a great host. Whenever we had any concern she responded very fast. Place itself was very good. It was a clean and quite place and we felt right at home. Very closer to the beach - just 2 minutes walk. There were many restaurants, convenient stores nearby within walking distant.

Such a nice place! Our group loved staying here; it was very spacious and fun.

Very impressed with our rental condo, quick walk right outside the door to the beach. We did have very minor issues like only 4 towels for 6 people, extra blanket for the pull out sofa, master bedroom ceilings fan did not have a remote control or spin when pulling the chain but we managed and still enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again!

The place was equipped with wonderful amenities like a mixer and fantastic skillets. The view was Amazing. The only disappointment was the excess of seaweed which hadn’t been removed. On my beautiful morning walks I noticed they were starting the process of moving the seaweed. I would definitely come back.

This was the perfect location by restaurants, the beach and bars. It was private by the pool area and quiet. The room was very clean, spacious and looked like the photos. The room has A/C unit and a dehumidifier which is great for by the beach. Truly was cozy, safe and a great stay for spring break!

When I first arrived on the street, Google maps had taken us to the wrong location and I wasn't exactly sure what the name of this place was, but luckily the address is visible on the front of the building. I had booked it under impression that it was much closer to the beach by the looks from the map while browsing Airbnb. We found it, followed the instructions to get the key and was happy with the place, it is nice and peaceful and quiet. He messaged me to check on my arrival time and offered extra towels proactively, which I greatly appreciated. Overall a great experience and I will consider booking this place again.

The condo was clean, well maintained, and accommodating. I especially liked all the switches and shelves being labeled and how well the kitchen was stocked. The beds were comfortable and having the extra blankets and pillows was nice for naps on the couch. We felt at home, front desk girls were super nice and the place was beautiful. The view and beach access was everything advertised and having the pools and hot tub were a nice addition. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Excellent stay! Very quiet and beautiful area. Just what I needed while in town. Will definitely book again.
