Villa Greco mit schönem Garten

Nach zwei Jahren Umbauzeit vermieten wir ab Frühjahr 2025 erstmals das ehemalige Haus meiner Großeltern, "Villa Greco". Es handelt sich um ein geräumiges Haus mit den traditionellen, hohen Decken "volte a stelle". Es ist ca. 98 qm groß. Alles wurde sehr modern renoviert. Das Haus verfügt über eine Klimaanlage und eine Heizung. Außerdem ist für Herbst- und Wintertage ein Holz-Kaminofen zusätzlich vorhanden. Der Garten ist wunderschön. Zur barocken Altstadt von Nardò sind es zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten.

Composta da living con angolo cottura, 2 camere (letti alla francese), 2 bagni completi e un ampio terrazzo con cucina che vi consentirá di trascorrere momenti di relax. Comoda la bella doccia esterna da usare di ritorno dal mare. Nella campagna vivono anche gatti e un cane.

La casa si trova nel centro storico di un paese a pochissimi chilometri da Gallipoli, quindi in un posto molto tranquillo ma a pochi minuti da un mare da favola e dal centro della movida salentina. La casa è una tipica casa terra cielo, che si sviluppa su tre piani, con una splendida terrazza con piscina da dove potrete godervi dei pomeriggi e tramonti indimenticabili. L'appartamento è appena stato ristrutturato rispettando l'ambiente circostante e utilizzando materiali della zona.

posto magico dotato di una grande piscina e tre soluzioni che la circondano completamente indipendenti per un complessivo di 11/ 12 posti letto.. piscina dotata di impianto di deputazione con filtro a sabbia e robottino per una pulizia piu' accurata. vicino la zona barbecue sotto il tegolato potrete gustare comodamente le vostre grigliate grazie ad un tavolo per 12 persone.per non parlare del impianto acustico che dovrete collegare con il bluetooth al vostro telefonino.
