西村邸 NISHIMURA-TEI Hanare ― 築100年の古民家一棟貸しキッチン&ダイニング

西村邸は、奈良町の一画に100年以上たたずむ、昔ながらの奈良町屋です。 ここは、ぼくが子どもの頃、長い時間を過ごした「おばあちゃんち」でした。 奈良町には、ずっと変わらない心地よい鄙(ひな)びがあります。 「これからの世代に、少しでもこの心地よい鄙(ひな)びにふれて欲しい。」 そんな想いで、空き家になっていた西村邸を、手入れしました。 - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.

Traditional district Guesthouse

The house is in a quiet, traditional area of Nara with smooth access to the station and main sightseeing spots. You’ll have 2 guest rooms upstairs with a toilet and washbasin. The shower room is on the first floor. Each room has a lock for your privacy. There are 3 futon beds and 1 double bed. Meals are available if reserved 2 days in advance: sukiyaki dinner (6,500 JPY/person) breakfast (1000 JPY/person) I also run a cozy café nearby, closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

A newly renovated machiya town house with typical layout and a small garden, retaining the tradition of Naramachi - the old merchant town of Nara. Easy access via bus and train, supermarket, restaurants, convenience store, bakery, and a Japanese bath house just minutes away. This house belonged to a famous wood carver of "ittobori" - a traditional Nara technique of carving the wood. A projector and a record player will make your stay even more pleasant. Enjoy!

리모델링한 옥외테라스가 준비되어있는 방입니다. 거실, 주방, 샤워 룸이 있고, 최대 4명까지 숙박 가능합니다. 가장 가까운 역은 긴테쓰나라역(近鉄奈良駅: 도보1분)과 JR나라역(JR奈良駅:도보8분)으로 아주 편리합니다. 코니시 사쿠라거리(小西さくら通り) 상점가 중심에 있고, 식당, 편의점, 슈퍼, 드럭스토어 등에도 금방 갈 수 있습니다. 상점가 안에 있지만 아주 조용한 장소입니다. 단기 여행부터 장기체류까지 편안하고 쾌적하게 보내실 수 있도록, 설비와 어메니티도 충실하게 준비해두었습니다. 나라공원(奈良公園), 고후쿠지(興福寺)까지도 걸어서 5분안으로 도착할 수 있습니다. 오사카 난바까지 직통전차로 40분, 교토까지도 직통전차로 40분, 또, 고베 산노미야까지도 환승없이 직통전차로 갈 수 있습니다. 아이들과 함께 오는 가족들이나 친구끼리 혹은 친구가족끼리 와서 나라(奈良)를 관광하는 데에는 최적의 방입니다.

You can rent out the entire 4-bedroom guesthouse! Located in a prime location in the middle of a shopping district, it is very convenient for dining, shopping, and sightseeing such as Kofukuji Temple, where you can see wild deer. There are four bedrooms surrounding a spacious central living room. After enjoying meals and chatting together in the living room, you can sleep peacefully in one of the four bedrooms. およそ築100年、大正時代の本格日本家屋のゲストハウスを一棟貸し切りして頂けます。 気兼ねなく、奈良に暮らすようにゆっくりお過ごし頂けます。 奈良公園のすぐ側、近鉄奈良駅まで徒歩約10分。 早朝や夕暮れの静かな時間の散策も容易です。 4名様まで同料金です。最大9名様までご宿泊頂けます。 格子の窓や茶室、縁側、中庭、大正時代に建てられた日本家屋は趣で魅力いっぱいです。 中庭に面した掘り炬燵のあるリビングでゆっくり団欒して下さい。 キッチンは、IHコンロ、電子レンジ、トースター、冷蔵庫、ポット、調理道具などが揃っています。 みんなで料理して、庭を見ながら掘りごたつでお鍋を囲むなど、楽しくお過ごし下さい！ トイレとシャワールームは二か所ずつございます。 ホテルのような設備はございませんが、懐かしい情緒とゆっくりお過ごし頂けると幸いです。 お部屋は寝室だけで合計6部屋ございます。 人数に合わせてご用意させて頂きます。 部屋割りなどにご希望がございましたらご連絡下さい。

Our guesthouse is located in the old town called Nara-machi. There used to be many traditional wooden townhouses known as Machiya. We restored Machiya while keeping the original structure in order to provide you with a traditional Japanese experience with local atmosphere.This house is for only private use and has only one floor with Japanese style room, shower room, washroom, sink and small garden.
