The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. We offer you a fully furnished apartment in the city centre of Aachen. It is on the third floor of a multi-story dwelling (elevator NOT available), has a living space of about 55 square meters with a bedroom that sleeps three. A convertible sofa can optionally sleep two more persons. The fully equipped kitchen has dish washer, coffee machines, micro wave, water boiler and toaster. A flatscreen Satellite-TV and Internet access via LAN and WiFi complete our offering.
