Barn Sanctuary

Our Barn Sanctuary sits on five acres of land filled with chirping birds, a fire pit, outdoor dining, and room to play. It's two miles from the beaches and walking distance from an ice cream parlor. You can Uber or bus to Down Town Newport, restaurants, Newport Vineyard, Providence or Newport Mansions. Great space for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and pets. We have two cats and a young Borgi pup. Your host is a photographer and offers portraits too. What a bonus.

Private Sunny Unit near Newport/ New Split AC!

This is a sunny studio like apartment with new split AC, private entrance, private bath, kitchenette with sink, small private deck with pretty distant water views...gentle breezes. This extra large area IN MY HOME is perfect for a summer or weekend getaway. Walk to Easton's Beach just about 3/4 miles away. Second Beach is close at 1.5 miles away. Downtown Newport is about 2 miles from house. There are several steps which lead to door so you must be able to walk up about 15 steps.

Whether looking for a quiet relaxing weekend or a fun filled adventurous one, you couldn't be in a better location. Perfect for families, we are one street over from a public park. The local YMCA and Eastons Beach are .5 mile away, 1 mile to Sachuest Beach, and 2 miles from downtown. Second floor apartment has kitchen, bathroom, 3 beds split between 2 rooms, 2 queens and 1 twin. Sofa bed in the living room. Room for 3 cars in driveway. Early check ins are $20/hr when available.

Sweet Retreat by Mt. Hope Bay!

You'll love this basement apartment in our home in the quiet neighborhood of Common Fence Point. Parking is available in the driveway outside your private entrance to the apartment. Full-size windows for fresh air and lots of natural light. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and the living room has a trundle bed which makes 2 twin beds. Occupancy per the town ordinance is 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12. There is a small beach and shoreline for your enjoyment.

Stay At Merhalla!

Welcome to Merhalla! Located minutes to downtown Newport and Broadway, 1.6 miles to the Naval War College. Everything you need for your Island vacation is within 2 miles! You will have a 1,000 sq ft open floor plan apt decorated with original, local art. The open concept layout has a private bedroom with an additional open air suite. Lovely private setting near beach

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly.

3 beds = 1 queen and 2 twins for your group. ONLY a $10 cleaning fee from us! Our spot is PERFECT for attending summer 2024 weddings, especially at Newport Vineyards! Avoid overpriced hotels and come get cozy at K & K's place. Enjoy walks on the BEST beaches (2nd & 3rd, avoiding red seaweed 1st beach). Find some peace and quiet amidst our serene setting, but just a stones throw from bustling Newport (avoid that congestion and the parking nightmare!)
